I've been a customer for years and am more than satisfied! You can always get an appointment quickly. The Raddoc team handles all problems calmly, efficiently, and with great expertise. And the prices are more than fair! It's a true P-West neighborhood shop.

They were unable to provide even a rough estimate for checking and potentially repairing tires/tubes, chain, and brakes. Service and advice were nonexistent. Furthermore, they were unfriendly and downright rude. A terrible experience. I've never encountered anything like it.

Unnecessarily complicated – not customer-friendly. I wanted to quickly check what was rubbing on my bike – presumably the front derailleur. The shop was empty, but I was turned away and told to make an appointment for another day. They could have checked the problem in just a few minutes. At another bike shop, I received immediate help – the problem was fixed free of charge in 3 minutes. Very disappointing to be sent away for such a minor issue.

We spent weeks searching for a workshop to service our longtail bike, or at least to inspect the brakes and replace any worn parts. Everyone we contacted kept turning us down, mainly because it's not a well-known brand, even though the wear parts are standard, reputable brands. So we were thrilled when raddoc took on our everyday bike and replaced the worn parts, along with other agreed-upon work, to our complete satisfaction. It rides safely again. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the handover was also hassle-free. The staff are polite and highly skilled. The invoice was clear and transparent. Thank you so much!

A truly terrible bike shop: I made an appointment, but when I arrived, no one knew anything about it. Then I waited a week, and only after asking did I get the answer, "We'll get it ready today." Hmm, unfortunately, the defects are still there, and yet I still had to pay 90 euros. For what?? A truly awful business. NEVER AGAIN!!

The guys at the shop were super friendly and seemed very competent. They quickly gave me a quote, and a few days later I was able to drop off my bike and pick it up again just two days after that. The prices are really fair, especially compared to the competition just two streets away. I didn't feel ripped off like I had at other workshops. From now on, this is my number one go-to place whenever something's not quite right with my trusty steed :) Big Ups!
