I strongly advise everyone against visiting this shop. I went there because they offered immediate repairs without an appointment. Unfortunately, every repair was problematic, requiring me to return for even the smallest fix. Aside from that, the staff is extremely unfriendly and condescending. I can only echo the negative reviews from previous customers. The prices they charge are also sometimes significantly inflated.

Top-notch service! This is the best bike repair shop in Potsdam. You bring your bike in for repairs, and it's done the next day, or even the same day, because without a bike, you're dependent. I had my chain, cassette, bottom bracket, and rear hub replaced there. Great prices! Simply put, if my Tern folding bike is happy, I am too.

This is pretty much the most unfriendly and incompetent bike shop in Potsdam and the surrounding area. Describing all my experiences here would be impossible. First, they trued my rear wheel so roughly that the rim cracked. Then, they charged exorbitant prices for re-lacing it, and so on and so forth. All the while, they were incredibly rude and never offered a word of apology! But the worst part was the rudeness of one of the employees... unbelievable! Stupid and brazen! Don't be fooled by the possibility of being seen immediately without an appointment. It could backfire on you!

Yesterday, the valve on my child's balance bike flew off, which was extremely annoying. Since we had to pass through here anyway, I quickly asked if it could be repaired or if the tube needed to be replaced. Less than a minute later, my child was able to ride again and was super happy (and I was, too, because I didn't have to carry the bike home ;) ). Thanks again!!!

For me, this is also the best bike shop in Potsdam! Always super friendly and reliable. So far, all our problems have been resolved quickly and easily. Thank you for the great service and the best value for money. Keep it up 👍🏻

Best bike shop in Potsdam. After buying my fifth bike, I'm still impressed by the service and expertise. Minor problems are resolved immediately. The employees are incredibly friendly. Simply a great team.
