Great service ! We had an issue with the tire and instead of complaining and asking for a service fee the stuff was concerned with our health. Happy to come again!

Very nice guy. He gave us a map and recommendations when we left. The bike ride is beautiful. It took us just over 4 hours and we stopped to take pictures and to eat our lunch we packed by the lake. This was our favorite day in Germany. Potsdam is AWESOME!!

Really friendly new owner who has recently taken over the rental business. Easy process, decent bikes and locks - set us up nicely for a great day out in Potsdam.

Staff was incredibly nice and helped me understand what routes to take. Bike worked well and came with a bike lock for visiting the palaces. Only 12 euros! Best way to see Potsdam as otherwise it’s a lot of walking

High quality bikes for a good price, perfect for your Potsdam day trip. The helpful store owner also gives you a handy map with a suggested route, which we followed and it was perfect. The store’s a 5 minute walk from the train station. Couldn’t ask for more!

Biking is definitely the best way to get around Potsdam, and this place gives you a map and they explain the route and point out good spots. Cheap (€12 for a day) and sturdy bikes, on the older side but good for when the trails get a little rocky.

Great service not far away from Potsdam main train station. Good value and he also gives you a map with a sightseeing tour around the area and many other tips! I highly recommend it!

Very very good service. Very good and sturdy bike. Very easy communication when we wanted to rent the bike a day extra. Would definitely go there again when in Potsdam.

good bikes, get controlled before you ride off. Explanation before you ride. Everywhere bycicleroads, you can go into the parks and see a lot more than with the bus or tram! Price ok, E-bikes you need to call in advance.

Quality bikes and friendly people. The owner checked we were happy with everything and asked us to try the bikes for comfort and he made some seat adjustments. He then gave us a map of Potsdam and explained the route making sure we understood which way to go. We hired baskets which was useful. All went like clockwork. In a convenient location a few minutes walk from Potsdam main train station. Just make sure you leave the train station on the South side Friedrich-Engels-Straße. Walk straight out across the bus and tram area and look for a pedestrian path across the main road almost opposite the station. Take this and you come to another main road and turn left You will soon see the bike shop.
