Despite opening hours, the store was closed. I waited an hour in front of the store for nothing. I wasted three hours of my life and spent my commute. Thanks for nothing. On my second visit, I received a friendly welcome and good advice. Therefore, I'm increasing my rating from 1 star to 4. Regards

The service was unacceptable and unprofessional. Last year during the inspection, they couldn't perform a software update. I ended up buying the necessary dongle myself and doing the upload. I still wanted to have another inspection this year (I would have even borrowed the dongle!), but they wouldn't accept the bike. There was a note on the door saying "Back in 10 minutes," but even after half an hour, that hadn't happened.

Dear Mr. Brehm, Hello Hans-Joachim, unfortunately, we don't understand your criticism. The software update is always part of the inspection. And regarding the 10 minutes: We test ride all our workshop bikes after our maintenance and repair work to check the quality of our work before we hand the bikes back to the customer. Naturally, we'll be out of the shop for a short time. If you make an appointment with us (via our website tool, by phone, or email—anything's possible), you'll never have to stand outside the shop. It's a shame we couldn't offer you our service quickly enough, but we wish you safe journeys anyway!

My order was returned to the seller. I then sent an email and promptly received a call back. The shipment was immediately reshipped, and I was also given the tracking number. The problem was on Friday, and I received my shipment today, Monday. I'm very satisfied, and I'd be happy to order again. :))

All the other employees also radiate a positive and relaxed manner. Help and support were offered to me right from the first phone call. The top address for high-quality electrical supplies. SERVICE is also a top priority. They'll even fix a flat tire 5 minutes after closing time. The customer isn't just king, they're treated like royalty! P.S.: The coffee is delicious 😋 Thanks to the entire Stromverkehr team for the past year, and here's to a great new season!

Welcoming and super friendly staff, I went there with my race bike cause I had a problem with the disc brakes, they professionally fixed it right away while I was there. That's my to go place whenever I have a problem from now on. They also have really nice electric bikes
