⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended! I bought an e-bike at "Das Radhaus" in Potsdam and I'm absolutely delighted with it. After my accident, I have leg problems and was unsure which e-bike would be right for me. The employee took a lot of time, listened attentively, and gave me extremely competent advice. He showed me an e-bike that perfectly suits my needs. After a test ride, I was so impressed that I bought it right away. I was also particularly impressed with the after-sales service: The store manager, Robert, helped me load it onto my bike trailer, secured the bike properly, and gave me some helpful tips. You rarely experience such friendly, competent, and helpful service these days. Many thanks to the team at "Das Radhaus" in Potsdam – I highly recommend this store!

While I'm not obligated to do so, I'd like to express my gratitude once again and especially commend the colleague from the bike repair shop who helped me this afternoon. His immediate assistance and friendly manner are sadly rare these days. I'm certain I would have had to drop my bike off somewhere else and only pick it up the next day. He, on the other hand, took the time and helped me quickly, so I was able to take my bike home with me immediately. 👌🏽👍🏾

I wanted a pink Cube. I got a pink Cube 😊. Thanks to Martin Thürasch's great saddle recommendation, I can now ride a sporty bike pain-free despite a herniated disc. I wanted a bike that would be quick, practical, and stylish for me to get to work every day. And now I have that. In addition to the many practical accessories, Martin also threw in a pannier bag that really knocks me out of the bag. This man really thinks for himself and knows the difference between pink and rose 😉. The advice was absolutely honest and competent. I never thought he was trying to sell me something. Quite the opposite; they listened to me and made everything work. When I tried the third, second pink shade to go with the pink bike, they openly recommended the simpler color. Now my bike is harmoniously coordinated and lets me fly through the city. Thank you so much, Martin, for the first-class advice. If you have an employee of the month or a bonus for great work, then dear Radhaus, that's your man.

Massive warehouse with number of bicycles from different modalities. English speaking agents and a surprisingly handy test ride road inside the shop, my son could try several bicycles without pressure. However, I believe the spare parts are too expensive (I didn’t dig into the bikes). Definitely there are options around postdam or internet.

After getting my bike and trying it on a trail I realized that it’s not for me. When picking up I tried it only inside the store, hence I didn’t get the chance to really feel the ride. I wasn’t aware that trying it outside was an option, and it wasn’t suggested to me. Day after pickup I went back to the store and wanted to return it. They didn’t have anything in my size and for the same price. They wouldn’t settle to give me a refund. I had to pay extra 600 euro for a bike the fit me better. And they also deducted 100 euros for the returned bike bc it was used (literally drove it 10 km on bike paths…) Store policy aside, both bike were adjusted good and were ready for a ride from the pickup moment which is nice

Bought an E-Bike + accessories. Good products and reasonable price but service itself was subpar; repeatedly ignored by staff for 20min+ when trying to get assistance, despite clearly being interested in what were the more expensive products. I have limited German skills but even my native Partner was struggling to be acknowledged.

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS STORE. It's big, but the main thing is the wonderful people who work there. I bought my first bike in my life. And I don't understand anything about it. Unfortunately, I also don't speak German yet. But the staff was very helpful. Consultation in English, of course, no problem. Helmet -please, child bike trailer- ok, locks- no problem... we were assisted in all departments. (even fun for kids). When I went on my first walk with the children out of town, it was a complete delight)). I'm happy with everything we've bought. And what will be the first time is very important)).

Paid for bike that includes complete build of said bicycle. Recieved the bike. Rode the bike for 15km wheel jammed while riding at 60kmh downhill on a public road. (Reason: The wheel bearing nuts weren't properly tentioned) 70€ taxi home. Sent the wheel for repairs and i assumed some sort of compensation. As their lack of attention could have cost me my most valuable posession. After getting ignored per email for a month. The wheel was delievered to me. The Cassette is loose and the wheel bearing nuts are too tightly assembled. Wheel barely spins... The incompetence of a shop that sells high end bicycles is unbelievable. I guess i should have trusted their reviews online, the people were not exaggerating... You be forced to buy here as there is a lack of choice in other shops. But be careful, as they will not help you with anything after you hand over the cash.

Did not solve my problem. Wanted to charge 3-4 times the price of a local reatailer to repair the bike (EUR 150-200 instead of 50). 14 days to wait on top.
