While passing through (still 400km to go), I had a problem with my bike. The guys handled it like the A-Team. 🫡 20 minutes later I was able to continue my journey. Thanks to you! Honestly, the price/performance ratio was more than excellent. Thanks guys, you do a fantastic job!!! I'll definitely use your services again.

We were previously very satisfied with the price-performance ratio, especially with the friendly and competent advice and customer service (from Mr. J.M., is he still working there? We would prefer to go back to him). We were last there in July 2025 and were unfortunately treated very rudely by a different employee. In addition, we were very surprised by the high costs on the bill, which we hadn't anticipated. Prior notification by phone would have been appreciated. In my layman's opinion, the quality of the repair is good, but this time the customer service and the unexpectedly high costs were disappointing. We are now thinking twice about going there again.

I was always satisfied with the repairs and the price. However, the last two times I was treated very rudely and there was absolutely no attempt to accommodate me; I won't go into the details here. Luckily, I found a new, very customer-friendly repair shop – it's still around – and I won't be going back to Oberlin. What a shame…

I had a flat tire and was able to bring the bike in the same day. The staff were very friendly and competent – plus a fair price and a great concept. We'll be back!

Great, friendly, and fast service at fair prices. We recently discovered this place, and we and our family will continue to be customers. It's a bit hidden in the back on the right, but you can see a flag indicating the workshop.

Fantastic bike repair shop! I had a flat tire and was able to drop my bike off spontaneously just before their lunch break, and it would have been ready by the afternoon (though I didn't have the time). The staff were incredibly friendly and carried my bike up and down the stairs (the workshop is in the basement). They also helped me quickly when I had a question.

I was completely satisfied. I called last week and was able to bring my bike to the workshop immediately, and it was ready the next day. I received advice beforehand, and everything was explained to me. The price-performance ratio was excellent! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop.

After patiently waiting almost two months for my appointment, something came up, and I unfortunately couldn't bring my bike to the repair shop. So, four days before the appointment, I called to ask if it was possible to reschedule. Unfortunately, I was very rudely told that there were absolutely no options...

Friendly colleagues, very service-oriented. Really good quality work. - The workshop on Herrmannswerder was more pleasant. Now it's in the basement of the Oberlinhaus, and it's simply more cumbersome to carry the bike down and back up. (Of course, they help you.) - Working in the basement all day certainly isn't very pleasant either. (Hence the one-star deduction.)
