Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful staff who always have time to answer questions. My road bike is of very high quality, and they helped me with every little detail. I received excellent advice when choosing and purchasing the bike, and everything was explained to me in detail.

Friendly, helpful, and qualified staff. The replacement of the rear wheel rim on my Bergamont e-bike was carried out quickly, practically overnight. Mr. Krause also reconnected the Enviolo gear system without damaging it! Professional expertise, no weeks-long waiting times, and a good price-performance ratio characterize this bike shop. I even traveled over 20 km for it.

I'd rather not even give one star... The star is only for e-bikes... You walk in, say hello - no answer... You look at the selection and get snapped at, told you have no business being there... So if I want a tube, I'm supposed to find the right one myself... Then you say which one you need and the answer is actually, "You have to order it online"... What?! I thought to myself... No, sorry, if you don't need money or customers, okayyyy... So for a specialist shop with repairs and a larger selection, this is really pathetic....

We bought a bicycle helmet for our son at Fahrrad Krause and were absolutely delighted! The service was extremely friendly, polite, and, above all, highly competent. They took plenty of time to find the perfect helmet – with a clear passion for what they do. As a customer, you really feel well taken care of. Highly recommended!

So far, the service has been friendly. We have our bikes there for inspection and are hoping for the best. 😁 Given the complexity of the repairs and work, we're not expecting immediate results. We're interested in quality, not speed. We'll see how it goes. For those interested, you can park right next to the building.

I had a problem with my mountain bike. Since I drive past your shop every day, I knew there was a bike shop in Rangsdorf. So I went straight there... I then checked out your website to find out who I had dealt with at the bike shop and discovered it's a family business. 🫣🙂💪🏽 Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly – ​​whether on the phone, at the checkout, or in the workshop. The bike was selected to perfectly match my intended use, and I received comprehensive advice regarding riding position, size, and all other important factors for choosing the right bicycle. The test track around the building is perfect, as it offers a variety of road surfaces, allowing you to get a good feel for the bike and complete an extensive test ride. After making my decision, the bike was prepared immediately, and I was able to start my first ride just minutes after purchase. A definite recommendation from me!
