I took my Honda to the garage at the beginning of December because I needed to have the cooling system bled. They bled the system and gave it back to me. After a short test ride, the coolant overheated and leaked out of the overflow hose. I took the motorcycle back to the garage, only for it to sit there for another three weeks while they told me the cylinder head gasket was blown. According to the owner, the repair would have cost €1800. There were a lot of emails back and forth until the quote was withdrawn and I was asked to pick up the motorcycle. A month later, I took it to a Honda dealership. Now, less than a week later, I received word that the cylinder head gasket was NOT blown, and I ended up only paying €200.

In my opinion, quite expensive. I was there often with my motorcycle, spent a lot of money without getting any lasting peace of mind. After switching workshops, I had no more problems.

Super fast service. I dropped my bike off spontaneously and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. This was despite the holiday season and my initial estimate that it would take a little longer (4 days). Very fair price. Friendly and competent service. I'll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Having four tires fitted (alloy wheels), four tires disposed of, all done on the vehicle, cost €170. The price listed online was significantly different. Where does price gouging begin? In the end, they didn't even set the tire pressure correctly. My interns could have done a better job.

We would like to take this opportunity to respond to your comments.<br><br>It's a shame that you didn't point out when you returned your vehicle that you consistently drive with higher air pressure than the manufacturer's specifications. Then our "intern" would have filled your tires with your desired air pressure right away.<br><br>Regarding the topic of extortion: You ordered your tires from an online tire retailer, with whom our company is a fitting partner. If you had taken the time, you could have compiled the various parameters yourself and would have even arrived at an even higher price. Since not all vehicles have the same tire size and steel or aluminum rims, with or without TPMS, and are mounted on cars, vans, or SUVs, we cannot offer a standard price. With our pricing scales, we try as accurately as possible to only charge for the work that was actually performed.<br><br>Otherwise, I personally ALWAYS find it more convenient when questions arise when picking up the vehicle are asked and answered in the same way. Since I do my own repairs on my scooter, I was looking for a competent workshop to take care of my tires. I remembered this workshop from my youth, and I wasn't disappointed. Good work at very fair prices. Friendly service. When I often read about the problems scooter riders have here... just think about why Preuss is one of the few who still accepts these things at all? Probably not for much longer.

I am very dissatisfied with this workshop. A specialist from the ADAC pointed out defects that they should have addressed. They didn't do anything, and I still had to pay. The scooter has been there three times, and they were supposed to just check everything once and that would be it. Now, a new fault is found every time, and the scooter still doesn't run like it did on the first day. I paid a lot of money for services that weren't provided. For me, as the end user, the problem isn't resolved.

I took my motorcycle, an old Honda CBF 600, there for inspection. The employee was extremely friendly, and I was able to pick it up again after three days. You also receive a cost estimate beforehand, detailing all the costs for the spare parts. You are then given the option of accepting the offer. The prices were absolutely reasonable, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will continue to take my motorcycle there in the future.

On recommendation, I took my moped there for inspection. SUPER work, no hidden costs, top value for money... Excellent team, very down-to-earth and experienced... I can only recommend it... Moped purrs, great improvement... Thank you very much and see you at the end of the season...☺
