If you're looking for an incredibly beautiful and robust bicycle (hopefully) to last a lifetime, you've come to the right place! I went to the shop in person for the consultation, and Tobias really took his time. The advice was excellent; you can immediately tell that he and the whole team have a genuine passion for bicycles. A few weeks later, the bike arrived—beautiful and already fully assembled. I only had to adjust the handlebars, and then I was ready to ride.

My rim was bent. In a brief phone call, they asked me to bring the affected part in so they could assess the damage. On-site, I received a cost estimate and was informed that the repair could be done, but that I should expect a short wait. KOCMO reliably contacted me after the repair was completed. The final cost was somewhat lower than initially estimated. Therefore, 5 stars because: clear and good communication, transparent and reliable cost estimate, quick completion (earlier than initially stated), very friendly customer service. I'll gladly return! Quick update: I reinstalled and tested the rear wheel today: the repair was done perfectly! Thanks again!

I ordered a Kocmo frameset online. It had a few minor defects, so I went to Kocmo in Stahnsdorf and received a replacement. The second frameset was absolutely perfect. They also replaced the handlebars with slightly longer ones. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, the Kocmo team, and the product itself, and I can recommend the brand to anyone who wants a titanium bike. My first impression of my self-built Kocmo bike is very positive.

Super bike !!! Got a RR disk , it's my 2nd Kokomo , after an XC-1 Love the ride , the feel and the fit is perfect. Only good words for André's sale service Only negative thing would be the delivery delay , but it'a a Deutsche Post problem , not Kocmo.

Good things come to those who wait. I had to wait a bit longer than promised for my R5, but it's finally here. Awesome bike, rides like a dream. Excellent workmanship, nothing rattles, super sturdy frame. I've successfully completed my first multi-day tour through the Swiss Jura and I'm thrilled. I'm already looking forward to the next tours. The long wait was definitely worth it. The Kocmo team did a fantastic job and didn't overpromise. The only thing they could improve is their communication; they could be more proactive in keeping customers informed. And one tiny detail: 10mm shorter screws for the taillight and a properly insulated connector on the taillight cable would make it perfect.

Very unfriendly! Rang with a small problem and was refused service. The arrogant young man said their repair shop didn’t have the right tool (a wrench) and said they only fix the the type of bikes they sell. He directed me to a motorcycle repair shop down the street where I was given friendly service. The repair took 5 minutes and cost me 5€. I would certainly NOT recommend this shop.
