I had a flat tire on the rear wheel of my folding e-bike. The repair was quick and easy. They even tightened a few screws on safety-critical parts of the folding mechanism. That's the kind of customer service I'm looking for. Absolutely fantastic!

We bought our electric cargo bike from Frank and are very satisfied with the advice and service. Of course, we also enjoy having our older bikes professionally serviced here. I've rarely been treated so rudely, not even given a glance, even my little daughter was confused this afternoon. All we had to do was ask if they had rim tape for an MTB rim. Maybe the owner was in a lot of pain or had other pressing concerns… The shop certainly looks nice. If communication isn't their strong suit, then at least a glance and maybe a smile would be great! That's how I explained it to my daughter, anyway. Thanks and best regards, Sascha

The first time, the bolts on the bike were loose, and I fell badly. The owner seemed to care little about that. The second time I tried picking up the children's bike, the lights and brakes were still loose. The third attempt was to get a new chain. After three attempts to pick up the bike during opening hours, they finally got it, although the old chain was still on, with the comment that it was still good. They still paid €15 for air. The chain then broke after 19 km, and I was allowed to walk. Thank you very much.
