Absolute pros! 👍 I've been a happy customer for three years! Always great advice, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me more than necessary! The speed at which my bike was repaired is unbeatable! 1-2 days! That's incredible! Thank you so much! Really lovely people and absolute pros! I come back to you every year!

I just spoke to the manager of this crappy bike shop and asked if it would be possible to repair the brake disc on my e-scooter. He said we don't work on e-scooters; their brake discs are too small for them to reach with their tools. I told him it was a large 180mm brake disc and it's not a normal e-scooter. The man laughed and hung up. I was in this crappy shop last year for something else and had the same man before me. He is beyond incompetent, unfriendly, and arrogant!

The young man is very helpful, but his older colleague is a complete disaster. Rudeness and stupid remarks seem to be his specialty. My wife was there with her bicycle and trailer, along with our two children. Instead of helping to pump up the tires and properly attach the trailer, they just made stupid comments (it didn't have to be free, she would have paid). No thanks, and never again in that shop.

I would also like to recommend this shop. I was here as a new customer with two bikes (a Cube mountain bike and a BlueWheel e-bike). Both bikes were repaired, adjusted, and serviced within a short time. I was also satisfied with the price. The owner, Mr. Naumann, and an employee were very friendly and competent. After a brief inspection, the repair costs were explained and estimated. My wife's bike is currently being serviced there.

The advice here is excellent and highly competent. The prices are fair. I highly recommend it. Now that they've moved to Große Straße, this central location is even better.

Amazing service and super helpful staff. Came to the shop with a broken spoke during a bikepacking tour - which is big repair job. The friendly owner/worker really went out of his way to do the tough repair job in just over an hour and saved my tour! The cost was way lower than I was expecting too. I'm super thankful for his amazing work
