The time and care Vadim put into helping me choose a new gravel bike was amazing! I had visited several other bike shops in Berlin to test potential bikes, but none of them came close to your service. The people at S3 Velo are simply amazing—they're not only friendly, but also knowledgeable and genuinely friendly without being pushy. My first road bike!!! And I'm so happy. Vadim gave me and my boyfriend excellent advice. You can tell right away that he knows his stuff. I was able to pick up my bike the very next day because I had a few extra requests. Fantastic service. The next day, when I went to pick up my bike, I was able to leave my mountain bike there for the workshop. I was able to pick up my MTB the day after that. More than satisfied. The price-performance ratio is definitely right!!!! You'll definitely see us again ;)

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. After my bicycle tire went flat, I took it in for repair. However, the inner tube was neither checked for a puncture in a water bath, nor was the tire thoroughly inspected for foreign objects – as the employee openly admitted to me. At home, I examined the old inner tube myself and immediately found the puncture. I was also able to remove the foreign object from the tire itself. Had I not checked it again, the next flat tire would probably have been only a matter of time. I would have expected a more careful and thorough inspection – especially from a professional shop, I expect such basic steps to be standard practice. Very disappointing.

I bought my company bike here and am completely satisfied! The service was excellent and the advice very competent – ​​they really took the time to address my needs. Although there were a few minor issues along the way, they always sought a solution immediately and very courteously. You can tell that customer satisfaction is truly important to the team. I definitely recommend it!

Very fast service. On my trip to Poland, my gears completely broke down. Just before the lunch break, the colleague repaired my bike quickly and inexpensively, allowing me to cycle another 70km that day. This wouldn't have been possible without your help! Thank you so much!

Friendly and competent staff. It would have been five stars if they had fitted a new inner tube to my front wheel on the spot, especially since I had the wheel off and in my hand. A skilled mechanic can do that in three minutes. Sorry, but that's not what I call service.

Arrived at the bike shop early on a Saturday morning with a broken pedal. The staff was super helpful and giving excellent advice for the different options. Although mountainbike flat pedals are not that popular, they had a reliable pair for me. They installed it for a fair price. And I could continue my Bikepacking Trans Germany with peace of mind. Thanks
