I want to express my heartfelt gratitude – especially for Patrick's quick and professional service. He helped me immediately, and thanks to his support, I was finally able to achieve my goal. I was also particularly impressed by the short notice for an appointment. A huge thank you also goes to the guys in the workshop. They restored my faith that truly top-notch bicycle mechanics still exist. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10, I would honestly give them 100! I am more than satisfied – the service was fast, and the repair and inspection were carried out to an extremely high standard and very thoroughly, better than ever before. In the past, I was very disappointed with other similar companies, especially when it came to replacing cassettes and chains, and almost suffered from trauma due to bad experiences. But here, my bike was practically reborn! Thank you so much for the excellent work – I highly recommend them! 🚲👏

I was greeted warmly. I left my bike there. Some of the details were checked again. I was told to call if any parts needed replacing. Unfortunately, they didn't get my mobile number correctly, so they only checked the battery, oiled the chain, and that was it for a service. They didn't check the tire pressure, so I set off with low air. I only received part of the invoice, including information on the remaining battery charge or capacity. When I got home, I immediately emailed the owner, but things weren't smooth there either. He was supposed to send me the parts that still needed to be done: a new chain, a new sprocket, and all four brake pads. I received the invoice again, and then after another email, they finally sent me the parts I needed. I find it so disappointing that the shop doesn't operate properly in the winter and only runs sporadically. They should be more attentive to the customer. For me, the service was only partially satisfactory.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The advice was excellent and friendly, and they took their time with me. Even when I picked it up, they took the time to explain everything clearly and always in a friendly manner. Choosing my new gravel bike there was definitely the right decision! Let's ride!

The best bike shop around! Not only do you get excellent advice before buying and the opportunity to test top-notch bikes on the spacious premises, but even after your purchase, you're not just an anonymous "number" but remain part of the "family." Workshop appointments are available at short notice, and you can usually wait for your bike. I've had very different experiences elsewhere. Keep it up! You guys are fantastic!

I was particularly excited about this review. Why? Because Patrick's team clearly creates a personal relationship with the customer, offers extremely well-founded, professional advice, and a feel-good atmosphere that's second to none. It's such a pleasure to engage with the advice and tips from Patrick and his fantastic team. The entire sales process follows a very sensible pattern: detailed needs analysis, initial contact with the potential bike, then detailed measurements, detailed configuration of the bike, calculation, and finally, closing. The special thing here in Teltow is that the consultation is in no way inferior to configuring a new car—quite the opposite. Flo, you're a really great guy; your initial consultation almost hit the mark, and then Patrick completed the consultation with great sensitivity, fine-tuning the details of the new bike. Now the three-week wait for two new bikes from Riese and Müller is truly a joy to look forward to. And the best part is: I'm not worried about the after-sales service at all. It will be just as reliable and friendly as the purchase itself. I'm sure of it. Finally, it's worth coming here even from a little further away. Even if it's just for a delicious ice cream or a cappuccino while you listen to the bikes explained to you. You'll buy it anyway, trust me. Thanks, you guys. Best regards, Janine and Mathias

We visited Vit:bikes in Teltow for a consultation and received excellent service. I was professionally measured to find the right frame size, and the consultation was very thorough. They really took their time to select the best possible bike for me. In the end, I went with a Riese & Müller Nevo 4 – absolutely the right decision. Great shop! Patrick and his team are well worth the visit! We finally found our new e-bike shop after trying out at least 5 shops in the Berlin and Brandenburg area.
