The guys were able to help me with my flat tire right away. But €35 is steep. Probably because they oiled the chain even though I hadn't asked for it. Nor did they adjust the gears. Still, good service! I'd use them again, but only after a clear agreement about what needs to be done and what doesn't!

Thank you for the review!<br><br>€35 is correct. This includes 2.5 labor units (AW) at €9 each for removing and installing the wheel and tire, as well as the necessary parts (as shown on the receipt, if you took them with you – the inner tube had an extra-long valve, which made it slightly more expensive than a standard tube).<br><br>What we always do without additional charge: check the tire pressure and adjust it if necessary, lubricate the chain if needed, and perform a final test ride (some workshops charge extra for this).<br><br>During the test ride, we noticed that the gears weren't shifting optimally. Since the adjustment required very little effort, we didn't charge extra for it. Had it been more involved, we would have asked beforehand if we should include it.

I was there today (October 9, 2025). I just needed to pump up my tires a little. They were incredibly helpful. The woman at reception was super friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this shop, and when I wanted to ask how things were going, she was very nice and answered all my questions quickly and easily. Big plus!

Great service there. I had a problem with my front disc brake. There were customers in the shop, and the yard was full of repair orders. Nevertheless, they helped me so I could continue driving. 👍👍👍

I was driving from Marienfelde to Wannsee when a car cut me off and I had to jump onto the sidewalk, causing my rear tire to burst. I ran to this shop, and everything was fixed in 30 minutes so I could continue on my way. Thanks to the great team! Best regards, Ilker.

A few weeks ago, I brought my MTB rims in for calibration and truing, and even though it was just the rims, without disc brakes or a rear cassette, they did a fantastic job. Maybe I'll bring my MTB again to calibrate the wheel swaps if I can't manage it. Attached is a photo showing how you helped me. Yesterday I mounted everything.

I've never been so ignored by a salesperson. No greeting, no friendly smile. The test ride ended after a few minutes because the bike was defective. The response I received was, "Well, I don't know what the problem is," and the man was gone. I would have been very happy with a "Do you want to come back again...etc." because I think they do a good job here (see the many positive reviews 👍)! I wasn't convinced.

Thank you for the heads-up! To put it mildly, I'm a bit surprised, because that's pretty much the opposite of how things should be going here. I'll bring it up with the team. Perhaps someone remembers the situation. If not (which is quite possible, as the review is already four weeks old), then at least everyone will be reminded to pay attention to their proper conduct.<br><br>Otherwise, I always appreciate receiving direct feedback (either in the store/workshop or via email) about anything that isn't as it should be. That way, I can react more quickly and resolve the issue more easily. Of course, we can still write Google reviews.

I got a flat tire on my rear wheel while cycling from Berlin to Teltow. The bike shop here helped me incredibly easily, even though he was working alone and was constantly getting new bike repairs. Thanks again, and I can highly recommend the bike shop in Teltow.
