Zero service. After a week of waiting, the bike broke down again after only 500 meters. Why did I even bother sending it in for repair? That was the last time I'll be there.

I drove 15 minutes from Wandlitz and arrived about 10 minutes before closing time. I wanted to have a bottom bracket installed, as I didn't have the right key for it; it would take a maximum of two minutes. The owner's response was that he wouldn't start messing around with it again. When I asked if I could fit it myself using his key, he simply said no. Other shops make it a given that they lend out tools for a short time... Never again!

There was hardly any selection of rental bikes. The technical condition also left a lot to be desired. We even had to pump up the air ourselves. Unfriendly and unmotivated. If that was the owner, well, good night. You can easily ride past this place.

First of all, one star is a bit of an exaggeration. The service is truly amazing, but in a negative sense. There's not even time to quickly adjust or set a gearshift, which isn't really time-consuming... the guy in his workshop is just extremely overworked. The selection of accessories, such as gloves, was also rather limited, and I don't even want to mention the friendliness. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.

During a bike ride and 25km from home my crankset came loose. I visited this store during opening hours to tighten my crankset which takes 30 seconds but the old fellow working there either was not willing to do it or did not have the knowledge. It's very sad when a bike store is unable to fix a basic problem when you are far from home. To the bike store - enjoy this 1 star review, you earned it.

I had my somewhat older bicycle repaired there. I'm satisfied with the result. I can recommend Sport Factory.

I am disappointed, I had little air on my bicycle tires, I asked if it could be checked, but it was not done, what a pity.......... customer service is something else

Not very customer-friendly. We were on a bike tour around Berlin and had a bike accident. This happened after 6 pm. The owner was unwilling to repair our bike that same day, nor even the next day before opening hours.

I always get my bike repaired here. Good service at reasonable prices.
