New bike, new luck! I bought the additional accessories at Radhaus: including a torque wrench, frame bag, straps for attaching water bottle cages, etc. etc. I received excellent advice! The salesman, Tim L., immediately tried out the options on the bike, showed me how they worked, and took all the time he needed. Simply fantastic!

We visited the Werder branch on Saturday, intending only to gather information. Mr. Linke provided us with very friendly and competent advice. Following his visit, we purchased a new Cube bicycle, including accessories. The two cashiers were also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Many thanks to the entire team.

We went there for advice! Even though it quickly became clear that we wouldn't be buying anything that day, we received excellent advice. They took plenty of time and, most importantly, perfectly addressed our needs! We had a slightly older salesperson, but he couldn't have done a better job! We'd gladly go back!

I bought a new gravel bike last week. I'm super happy with it! :) They have all the accessories you need. Assembly was quick. The service was top-notch. I took my bike to Radhaus Werder for repairs and I'm absolutely thrilled. The bike was repaired within a day – quickly and reliably. The consultation was very professional and transparent; they took plenty of time and explained everything clearly. A particularly positive aspect: they also took my problem with tingling fingers seriously and resolved it immediately. You really feel well cared for and receive personalized attention here. Highly recommended!

It was mega when it opened almost two years ago. The service was excellent, the staff were attentive, and the advice was top-notch. Now it's deteriorated considerably. I just wanted to have my bike handlebars shortened. (Back then, it was done in 5 minutes on the side.) I went in beforehand, asked. Yes, I'll bring it in. Okay, I thought it'd work. Nothing. I had to leave it there. 24 hours later, I got an email saying they'd done it. Okay. It can be pretty busy. Price: €30... 🫣 What the heck. Extortionate. And then, unfortunately, I only noticed on the first ride that the guys hadn't even adjusted the fittings to accommodate the shortening. Completely pointless and annoying, way too far over the handlebars. As if they'd never ridden a bike in their private life.

Prices: good offers Service: poor - installed the pedals with that force that you can’t loose them again. Guess it’s there revenge of not buying new ones from them. Would never buy anything from them again. Mostly unfriendly stuff.

The chain of my bike was broken. We are on holiday at the moment and on a bike trip along Potsdam. The personel of Radhaus Werder helped us and repaired my bike. We could proceed our way after a quarter of an hour. I am so thankful for that!
