Last week I bought an inner tube for my e-bike at his shop. I couldn't manage to install it myself, so I brought the bike to him, and he repaired it quickly and free of charge. He was very friendly and extremely professional. I also saw some good e-bikes there at very fair prices. I can wholeheartedly recommend his service.

My son had a problem with his derailleur gears on Friday evening. The shop staff took a look at the bike and repaired it quickly. Probably a minor issue, but still not something you can take for granted. Thank you for the prompt service.

We were there a few days ago because of a flat rear tire. The owner was very friendly; I was able to pick up my bike after 30 minutes, and he was kind enough to tighten the screws on my partner's bike without any extra charge. We'll definitely be back if we need anything else with our bikes :)

Unbelievable Called just before closing time and stayed longer so I could quickly pump up the tire (I had a flat tire). Then they even provided me with a repair kit. I've rarely experienced such friendly service. All off to Zeuthen!

Great service. I had a flat tire while vacationing in Brandenburg. At Fahrrad Fritze in Zeuthen, they put in a new tube within half an hour. Thanks and best regards from Mannheim!
