I just wanted to pump up my own tire, but the guy always seems stressed and couldn't be bothered to go to the workshop and get the pump. Unfortunately, I've heard this happen quite a few times here. If you're overwhelmed, hire someone!

Thank you for your helpful review.<br><br>Of course, our friendly employee isn't keen on being constantly interrupted by helpless people without air pumps.<br><br>You're welcome to volunteer with us and pump up tires for the residents of Neustadt for 8 hours a day.<br><br>Alternatively, I recommend you steer clear of our shop.<br><br><br>Of course, our friendly employee isn't happy about this.

I dropped off my bike for servicing at 4:30 pm and picked it up ready at 5:30 pm. That's fantastic! I was very impressed; you can't expect that kind of service. Now I can go on holiday with my bike without any worries. Thank you so much!

On my husband's recommendation, I took my e-bike to 123Rad for servicing! I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up again in the early afternoon. My e-bike is running perfectly again. Thanks to the friendly young man. I'll be back! 👍🏻

Great! On the way to town, I hit the only nail for miles around. 😤 Luckily, the friendly mechanic spontaneously installed a new hose for me, and I was on my way again. FANTASTIC! Thanks again!

I took my bike in for repair today. The young bike mechanic was very helpful and fixed a minor issue with the brakes right away. Where do you find service like that these days? For bigger repairs, you obviously need to make an appointment. Thanks, I'll be back. 👍

I'm a regular customer there. Two weeks ago, I needed air in my tire; there were two bikes ahead of me. The unfriendly mechanic at the Enschede workshop handed me a pump and said he couldn't be bothered. Today I tried again, and after a 15-minute conversation with an older gentleman about spokes, he once again reluctantly handed me the pump. I wanted to pay for the air with a compression fitting. Well, at 83, I'm certainly strong enough.

Super friendly and efficient, and we could even use English, so I didn't have to struggle with my broken German 🙈 Will go again whenever I need something fixed in my bike💪🏻🚲 I'm very happy ✨

Excellent customer service! I had a breakdown (chain broke) and received immediate help even though the workshop was full. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time. Thank you again. I will definitely have my bikes repaired and serviced there in the future.

I have no idea what the problems were with the negative reviews. Despite a constant stream of new customers, the man was incredibly friendly and quickly found a small part for me. The sign for the workshop, just a meter and a half from the entrance, was also clearly visible. Anyone who misses that shouldn't be riding a bicycle.

Unfortunately, the service was very rude. As a new customer, I was simply yelled at because I couldn't find the workshop, which is located a few meters away but, of course, isn't signposted anywhere. Because the man didn't recognize my face, he refused to even help me, despite the fact that I had brought my bicycle along. It's a shame; unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop, and as a new customer, you're always very optimistic at first…
