🚨Absolute rip-off! The staff were incredibly rude. We were told we'd have to pay €30 for using the foot measuring device if we didn't buy any shoes. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. Not recommended at all!!!!

If you don't find what you're looking for, we'll provide you with the data and a shoe recommendation. You'll also receive a €30 voucher, which you can redeem for products from us.<br><br>This is our way of protecting ourselves against sales scams. Most customers understand this. My gait analysis was a few years ago, so before buying new shoes, I wanted to check if everything still fit ;) I went without an appointment and was still warmly welcomed. First, I was asked about my previous experiences and any complaints, then a screening was done and everything was explained. The consultant was very calm and a great listener. She then brought me several pairs of shoes to try on, so I could test the fit and feel. And she immediately told me if a pair still didn't work (because it was too cushioned and therefore a bit "wobbly"). I only knew the store from direct purchases (because I wanted to buy a pair) or from picking up my race numbers ;). Now, however, I can also leave a review because I had a personal consultation. I also appreciated that she took into account that I didn't particularly like the color of the shoe. She showed me online which other color options she could order. Really great! And because I couldn't decide, I ended up buying two pairs 😹. And we also chatted about my current pair of shoes – fantastic service! I'll definitely be back and will continue to actively recommend you. I'm so glad there's still a local business like this! Unfortunately, I don't have their name, otherwise I would have praised them personally!

Super friendly and, above all, competent staff! They weren't trying to sell me anything, but rather finding the right shoe for me through several test runs! The preliminary analysis was also excellent! I bought my shoes in May 2025 and am very happy with my choice!

I had a fantastic experience in the store! The staff is truly professional and takes the time to offer personalized advice. You can try on several pairs of shoes, and even insoles if needed. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for the ideal pair of running shoes!
