Nice service. All had been explained to me in English (thanks for that!) and in very friendly matter. In addition, the first service free! This is super handy. Unfortunately, my bike was stolen after 3 weeks in Bremen :( Use as many lockes as you can - 2 were not enought...

They have the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in any shop in Germany . They take time for each appointment and take their customers very seriously . I don't think I would ever go to another bicycle store. Most of the time depending on the situation they help you in the workshop for free. Other stores charge between 30-100€ for such services.
