09/25 Very unprofessional. When I asked to have the brakes repaired, I was simply told that they didn't do that sort of thing and didn't have any spare parts. They didn't even offer to replace the brake lever, even though only a small part was broken. Instead, I was told my bike was only "DIY store quality." I expect competence, solutions, and respectful customer service from a specialist shop – unfortunately, none of that was evident here. The shop itself, however, at least looks well-stocked. More suitable for emergency purchases. 21/11 - Since I live nearby and my bike light had a broken wire, I wanted to give it another try today and buy a cable lug. When I tried to pay by card, it was declined, and I was told that card payments are only accepted for amounts over €10. Smaller amounts are only possible in cash. I then tried to pay with a €50 note. They said my note was too large and they didn't have enough change in the till. 21/11 - Since I live nearby and my bike light had a broken wire, I wanted to try again today and buy a cable lug. Afterwards, the employee from my first visit was also at the checkout, and I confronted her with the points mentioned above and asked what I thought of the store. Incidentally, I took my bike to Stadler both times. The repair of the broken part on the brake lever cost me €9.99 there, and the cable lug was fitted for me free of charge.

We are liable under the Product Liability Act for the spare parts we install.<br><br>Since a bicycle's brakes are a safety-relevant component, we must verify whether we can guarantee their functionality. @BULLS BICYCLE IT WAS STOLEN, IT WAS STOLEN, THROUGH UNKNOWN DIMENSIONS, FROM THE MAIN DOOR OF THE ADDRESS. GREEK WAS WALDER STREET 27. THEN I GOT IT BACK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY, BECAUSE I GOT 300 PERCENT OF ITS VALUE BACK AND Bought A NEWER CELL PHONE WITH IT. Then I was at the holiday home of @Renate and Siegfried Weischwill, an old acquaintance from my childhood, in 1973. It was near Singelheim, my house in @Kosovska Mitrovica North, near @Okruzni Zatvör @Rethi I Arkut. I lived in house number 13, Street 7 Juli, postal code 38220, Kosovska Mitrovica North, Kosovo Province of the former @Yugoslavia. Thus, I know the two Berliners. Therefore, and they run the holiday home, currently earning money in @Tating Village Street 2 of St. Peter's Church, Schleswig. HOLZSTEIN (HOLLSTEIN )

A good selection and a super honest salesperson who sold without pressure. We felt very comfortable there. The prices were perfectly reasonable, even good for the quality.

I generally don't write reviews (neither positive nor negative), but I want to make an exception here to share my entirely positive experience buying a new bicycle from Team Dutschke. After visiting almost every small and large bike shop in search of a city bike with a low step-through frame, Fahrrad Dutschke in Walle was my last hope. Even on the phone, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional answers one of the employees gave me to my questions. Up until that call, I had always encountered unmotivated, uninformed, and taciturn people who gave me the impression they would rather be doing something else. Very strange... So, the next day I went to Fahrrad Dutschke and was served by Mr. Hauff, who was friendly and provided professional advice. Every question was answered patiently and respectfully. Finding a bike with a low step-through frame was absolutely no problem, and my other requirements (coaster brake, 7 gears, color, etc.) were also met. For a During the test ride, Mr. Hauff adjusted the saddle and handlebars to my height, something no other bike shop had done before. And the best part was that I could do the test ride outside; at the big retailers, you can only practice on a short indoor track, which I've always found very unnatural and not customer-friendly. I spontaneously decided on this bike because I felt/still feel safe on it, and I felt/still feel that the price-performance ratio was right for me. When I picked up the bike, Mr. Hauff gave me some important tips, which were also new to me. At my subsequent appointments, Mr. Hauff was also there for me with his extensive knowledge and his friendly way of sharing it. I'm very glad I found this bike shop. And it's a mystery to me why most shops aren't able to simply do their job: namely, sell and repair bikes in a friendly and professional manner. ... Last year we treated ourselves to two Flyer e-bikes. We had a specific set of components in mind and received excellent advice. Flyer was completely unknown to us until our visit to Dutschke, but we fell in love with them instantly. We've since taken numerous tours both near and far and are still thrilled. The first inspection was also uneventful, so we have nothing negative to report. However, I am considering adjusting the gearing of my Enviolo derailleur. I don't anticipate any problems, though.

The staff in the shop are very friendly and rescued me when I needed my bike repairing after an accident. They repaired on the spot Enabling me to get on my way within 10 minutes. I can’t rate them high enough for their professional service, kindness, and value for money (they have amazing stock too)

I am very disappointed. Shortly after buying my Pegasus bike, I noticed some chipped paint and complained. Everything was fine. Then I got a call and said the frame was the same colour but matte instead of shiny. OK, no problem, I thought, but when I picked it up I was shocked. The colour was completely different, and to make matters worse, the fork was still the old one. I was so shocked and they all said, "Why, it looks good and I should be happy with it", because of Pegasus's goodwill. I also had to pay €35 for it, even though it was a production error during the paintwork, as I had been told beforehand, and I wasn't the only one who had this problem. I don't have a new frame number or the colour on the complaint or invoice... it looks like it was stolen now. I'm furious... they've lost me as a customer, and I was a good customer there. But they probably don't need it... I'll show pictures here... I wonder what the general public here thinks about it, how it looks. I'm ashamed of this bike now... but I'll diligently tell everyone about it... it's not the color I wanted, and how I bought it new... otherwise I would have bought it like that, and the new frame already had a paint defect, which I was then told was normal. Furthermore, the chain was completely devoid of grease, the saddle wasn't secure and was spinning. The chain was already hanging after 2 kilometers. Today, January 17, 2024, I went back to the shop after legal advice because I was told that this wasn't legal... and I was treated so badly again by the top. Because I wrote an honest review here. One star would be a disgrace, I was told... Open the door so I could get my bike out...,,,,,,,,answer, ... You can see how they treated me...that's their response after more than a month 😡😡😡😡😡
