I'm very happy with the repair and the price :) The advice was also great; all the staff are very friendly and patient. Unirad is the first shop where I haven't had any experience with a typical unfriendly bike shop employee – I'm thrilled!

I didn't have a bike problem today, but a car key problem. I couldn't unlock my car because the key fob battery was dead and it wasn't working manually either. The gas station didn't have any batteries, so I kept looking. When I saw the shop—I'm not from Bremen—I went in and asked for a battery. They helped me so quickly and kindly; it was absolutely wonderful, and I was able to drive home. Thank you so much for this uncomplicated and quick help.

Our approximately eight-year-old e-bikes, purchased where I lived at the time in Bremerhaven, needed a thorough inspection. We got an appointment quickly, received friendly and competent advice, and, most importantly, the work was done professionally and on time... Highly recommended!

I had my 16-year-old bike completely refurbished at EinRad. Tires, pedals, chain, and new leather grips were added. From scheduling the appointment to pickup, everything went perfectly. The bike now rides much more smoothly. I'm happy to recommend EinRad.

Many thanks to the EinRad team. On May 14, 2024, I got a flat tire. After a 15-minute wait for customer service, it was my turn. The helpful and polite salesperson took care of the problem immediately. The repair was done in the shop, and I was ready to ride again in no time. Happy Pentecost and greetings from Berlin!

We drove to this shop specifically because they sell Kubikes and we were looking for some good advice. The two men in the shop were there, but they weren't willing to offer any advice. When we asked, they didn't even acknowledge us. The young employee from the workshop noticed this and did her best to help us. However, she also told us that she doesn't work in sales or customer service and therefore her advice couldn't be comprehensive. Thanks to her; she was really helpful and patient with our child. The attitude of the men (the salespeople) will be the reason I won't be visiting this shop again. I could have saved myself the trip with my family and will order online next time. It's the retailers' own fault.

The staff here really take their time to make their customers happy – I'm still impressed! I got an appointment for a consultation very quickly (within a day) and then spent a good 1.5 hours in the shop, trying out different bikes – and trying them again – and again. With a lot of patience and important information from the staff member, I was able to find my dream bike and pick it up just 3 business days later. They also took their time with me there, letting me test ride it again to make sure everything was perfectly adjusted. I'm truly more than thrilled with EinRad – because I'd been to other shops in Bremen before and never received nearly as friendly and expert advice. I'd like to sincerely thank the whole team again and I'm happy to now have a competent and friendly contact person for everything related to cycling in the future.

I’m from the States and have owned 2 shops for 40 years and needed a fast repair while visiting. If business were better back home I’d try to steal some of their team. This is the place to go
