I've had a Giant bike from Hilker for 2 1/2 years and have taken it there for servicing 4-5 times for minor issues. Each time I've been served promptly and courteously; the work was done immediately, and I was able to continue riding right away. That's what customer-friendly service should be! :-)

I've been there three times already. The first time, I needed advice on a road bike and found the right size. The sales team was able to provide helpful advice, as they themselves come from the road bike world. I had two appointments with the workshop. Here, customer service meets expertise and quality. I highly recommend it!

I went for my first service today with my GAINT Explore E+ Pro 0 GTS. It's a fantastic e-bike, by the way. Everything went smoothly during the service. Very friendly and competent staff. Great shop with a huge selection: GAINT, LIV, momentum, CADEX. I'd go back anytime.

Dear Sir or Madam, First and foremost, I would like to thank the friendly colleague from the workshop. I've been a customer at the Giant Store since day one, and Mr. V. always helps us with any problem we have. Through our personal experiences, we also see that the situation regarding the mechanic profession is currently dire in every store. Therefore, we are all the more grateful for the continued assistance we receive from time to time, as best we can. We highly recommend the entire team at the Giant Store and hope that their work is appreciated by the company. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service! My bike needed a complete overhaul. I received superb advice tailored to my needs. They suggested what made sense for me, not just everything that could be done. Plus, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend this workshop! (Even for bikes not purchased there ☺️) I've been going there for two years now and I absolutely love it. I especially appreciate that they always keep their appointments for repairs and inspections, the bikes are ready quickly, and the staff are incredibly helpful! I can't comment on sales or advice yet, but based on my positive experiences with the workshop, I'll definitely be looking into getting a Liv bike! :)

A great and warm, family-like atmosphere here with the Giant Store Bremen team. The staff are cool and friendly, guiding us through the different bike categories. The road and gravel bikes are nice, and there are also many e-bike options available through the leasing program, which is definitely an ideal option. The team all speak good English, so no worries if you're also an expat working here. And the store mascot is a must-see—she's so adorable and welcoming. A truly great visit! Giant Store by Jonny Hilker, Haferwende Industrial Park We were looking for a bike shop in the Oberneuland/Borgfeld/Horn area for our e-bikes. It wasn't easy, as almost all shops only wanted to service bikes purchased on-site. Completely incomprehensible and not a smart business idea considering the same components, like Bosch motors or Shimano brakes. That's certainly not how you win new customers. But Giant was different. It was absolutely no problem to have bikes purchased elsewhere serviced here. Excellent, friendly, and competent staff. We arranged an appointment very quickly, and after just two hours, we received a call that everything was ready. The only drawback: If a pick-up and delivery service is offered on their website, it should actually be available to book. Nevertheless, 5 stars, and our next e-bike will definitely be from the Giant Store.
