This UPS Point is a complete failure. I've been there repeatedly to pick up a package. On site, they turned and shuffled a few deliveries between the shelves and declared, "Your package is not here." Then, a few days later, UPS informed me that this very same location had returned the package as uncollected.

We recently visited the store and were very satisfied. Although we had expected very high prices, the tennis rackets were almost on par with the cheapest online offers. The staff provided excellent advice and were incredibly friendly. We left the store with two new tennis rackets, feeling that we had received good advice and paid a fair price.

Go to a different shop to drop off your UPS packages. I had to wait 40 minutes! Even though there were only two other customers there. The owner was very unfriendly and rude; he seemed almost annoyed that I was there for a package. But what I found worst of all was the complete disregard for COVID-19 safety and hygiene measures. One customer kept her mask only partially in front of her face the whole time and sometimes even took it off completely while talking, which the owner considered perfectly acceptable. Never again!

Good advice on ski boots, which I was also able to rent for my ski vacation. I also treated myself to a stylish ski jacket. Absolutely perfect value for money, and the salesperson was super friendly and helpful. I was a little late, but even though it was closing time, he didn't rush me.
