I drove 3 hours to get my bike and they didn't disappoint. They reacted in real time, serviced the bike I wanted and I was on my way home in a hour. Service was wonderful, the shop is gorgeous, well looked after, and nicely decorated. The only bike shop I will purchase from, from now on. I only wish that they and more companies would continue selling Desiknio. We have to support local shops and manufacturers. Cut cheaply made eastern bikes from taking over the industry. I'd pay more for a European built bike.

I bought a Delite 5 with a Pinion from Zweirad Hoogendoorn. With a spare battery. Unfortunately the system didn't recognize it. In the middle of the dike. I had already traveled 40 km. So I thought I'd cycle the 20 km to this shop. They should be able to help you after all it's Riese and Müller. When I got there I briefly explained my problem. The person who works there then told me that Zweirad Hoogendorn shouldn't sell test bikes and asked if they were at least smart enough to remove the test mode. The man ranted about the company. I thought that couldn't be true. I asked again if they could help me or not. The answer was no, I got. So I thought that couldn't be right. After all, I wanted to cycle 120 km. I would have to get to Celle overnight. He also added that he didn't have the equipment. Again, I thought he didn't want to help me and sent me to another two-wheeler shop. I can't recommend this shop, it's just jealousy! I wish they'd come back. We'll see what we can do. That they make an effort. You don't win customers that way, especially those who live 400 km away. My tip for everyone: Drive 60 km. Continue to Zweirad Hoogendorn, where you, as the customer, are king. They also resolved my problem and apologized several times. A complaint to Riese and Müller is also being sent out.

+++++ Fast Support +++++ Excellent Advice +++++ Friendly & Competent Team The prices of the bikes naturally vary, but I think everyone who chooses this sector will find something here. The name says it all. I opted for the Stromer ST7, and so far it's been running around the clock. Despite a few minor issues (due to technical or controller problems), I'm very satisfied. The manufacturer releases regular updates. Maintenance and service appointments are usually arranged very quickly.

I bought my Stromer ST 2 from Greenmobility. The advice I received was excellent; all my questions were answered. I've been taking it there for servicing ever since. Appointments are easy to get, and even for minor problems or questions, you can drop by anytime and they'll help you.

Since my Stormer, purchased from an online retailer, wouldn't connect to my mobile phone, which I wasn't thrilled about, I called Greenmobility earlier in the week. They identified the initial problem over the phone. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve my issue, and I had to take time off work to travel to Greenmobility. Upon arrival, they already knew what the problem was. They really went out of their way to solve it. Because it took longer than expected, they offered me a coffee. And it wasn't just a coffee! A very kind and helpful gesture! Thank you so much. Then it was back to the bike, which wasn't easy either. But they explored every possible solution. Many thanks to the workshop staff, especially Niklas (long brown hair). My problem was resolved, and they showed me a lot of information specifically about the operation and handling of the bike. All in all, my frustration was well worth it, because I had some very kind everyday angels by my side. The most important and wonderful thing, besides the problem I solved, was seeing the smiles of all the team members. Thank you so much for everything! I'll be back!

Friendly and competent advice; I found my dream bike and received it very quickly. I was also allowed to test ride all sorts of things, which is easily done along the Weser River right next to the shop. I can highly recommend this shop! 👍

Google has since asked me to provide evidence of my complaint, as the review violates the company's privacy rights. If I remember correctly, there was a four-week wait for an appointment for the initial inspection of an ST5 I purchased here. The headlight screw had already come loose before the inspection and was only hanging by the power cable, which is why I requested an appointment as soon as possible. The bike had been ridden about 400 km before the defect occurred. When I dropped the bike off, I verbally requested that the brakes be adjusted more firmly during the inspection. To my mind, the brakes were just as easy to pull all the way to the handlebars after the inspection as before. Upon personal inquiry with the on-site staff, the current adjustment was found to be fine, if I remember correctly. Whether any further work was performed on the bike during the inspection is beyond my knowledge. Payment was made directly by card, but despite repeated requests, no invoice with the correct address was provided. The owner informed me via email that he was considering legal action against a negative review I had posted because a) I published employee names and b) I was dissatisfied, which he interpreted as "accusations of knowingly being taken advantage of or cheated when purchasing a bike." For this reason, I felt compelled to delete the old review. At the time, I assumed I was buying a Stromer ST5, which also had ST5 wheels. However, I received a Stromer ST5 with ST3 wheels. Regarding your answer: I don't know what I could use this review for as leverage. I simply want to clarify.

Excellent advice and a pleasant conversation. They took their time and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the different options. It was enjoyable and I felt well taken care of. A large selection of Riese & Müller bikes. Very helpful in making a decision. We'll gladly come again.
