when I bougjht this hoodie I did not notice that it was damaged on the hoodie , after buying I wanted to put it on the same building at the changing room.I have foumd out this damage imemdiatley went straigjt to the cashier I have asked for change and they refused it as it was on Saturday and their austwm was off for changing.I live 100km away from this store and it is stressfull for me to come back in here again.If the shop is open for Saturdays I think all the service should be on to make the customer comfortable.Now my day is ruinded that I have paid 400euro all tigather and I got the daged hoodie too.So your service is not concentrated on customers!!!

So this is my personal experience of yesterday in the store (Saturday 17.08.24 est.1500h) never been to this JD because it was my first time in the waterfront and no my brother or sister doesn't run the place...went in with my wife and it was crowded because of sale...so I found some reebok classics and the model on display was my size...but then you only have one shoe...so I looked for someone of the staff but they weren't found very quickly...so I went to the registrar and found someone to help me now I could see that all 3 of the staff personal were very busy with handling all the customers so I would say they were understaffed...wich means I can expect waiting in line...and be alert on that they maybe are a little stressed and could make mistakes...so I was put on hold because there were other customers waiting and everybody wanted to be heard offcourse....after waiting and answering some questions multiple times from the guy behind the registrar I got my products they were good priced in sale and guess what I didn't really have a bad experience...the bottomline was they are UNDERSTAFFED like in many store these days and people are people...but ey I didn't have a bad experience at all here they just robbed some of my patience but patience is clean biz...

Unfriendly store supervisor who gives customers wrong information about returns and never uses the word 'sorry' that there is a system failure today! My return was not possible and I left with a very negative impression. Is this what JD stands for? ????

Good store with not so good sales guys. They have a single fitting room which isn’t open on Saturday for some reason.
