Yes, hello, dear Lacoste friends, unfortunately I have to inform you that the Lacoste store in the Domhof has a very, very bad image, unfortunately very very unclean, rude staff since the tone scale changed some time ago, Mrs. Bayer ran the store wonderfully and always kept it in order. As a customer, I no longer feel comfortable there and will never buy anything in this store again because the saleswoman was so unqualified, so rude and the whole store was lined with dirt and dust, some of the items from the new collection were damaged sad

The handling of returns is completely unprofessional. I registered a polo shirt for return and didn't receive the return label. I then called customer service, who apparently sent me the label for the polo shirt I kept. The price difference was €26. After receiving a refund for the lower amount, I tried to clarify the mistake and documented everything, but they called me a "liar." Absolutely outrageous. I will never buy anything from Lacoste again and therefore cannot recommend them. Zero stars.

A fantastic Lacoste store ❤️👌. Very easy to get to and always up-to-date with the latest fashions. The incredibly friendly staff completes the experience. 💕

A lovely shop with a very friendly team. You won't find this kind of advice and dedication online 💋

Very nice – quick help and great advice... these were the first shoes my son had to buy on his own, as I was busy and he needs them tomorrow. Thank you so much!

A small, well-organized boutique with a good selection and very friendly salespeople. We'll be happy to come back.

A quick word to Mr. Meyer: It's clear that a boutique can't offer a complete range of brands. That would require the physical space of a large fashion department store, which a boutique simply doesn't offer. That's why they offer the option to place online orders in-store. However, I can confirm that you should approach the store with an open mind. If you have something specific in mind from the online shop, you might want to order and return it, but alternatives are always available in the boutique. The employees are always very helpful, and even the Levelup and birthday gifts from Le Club Lacoste (which the online shop tends to forget) are sent later. Regarding Le Club: These are ultimately goodies; all Levelup gifts and birthday ideas are promotional gifts of the quality you'd expect from trade fairs. Ultimately, the first worthwhile goal (the customized polo shirt) would only be at Legend status – for which you'd have to have spent several thousand euros. I haven't seen any fashion show invitations or anything like that just before I reached Legend status. The only real advantage is the one- or two-day advance payment for offers that are later available to everyone. As is the case with bonus programs – they're meant to encourage spending. In principle, a good boutique where you can expect service as usual in the upscale segment, but you shouldn't expect a huge department store. That's simply not what a boutique is for. What you'll find: current lines that are also advertised on the website, polo shirts, shirts, some shoes, and accessories. What you won't find: any third-party productions, such as the rebranded Schiesser boxer shorts or towels. On the other hand, you can at least usually find something for everything you need in the boutique. Even if not everything that's available online.

The store has very little stock; all common sizes must be ordered online and paid for in advance. At most, only 10 percent of the Lacoste range is on display in the store.

I bought something new again, and the saleswoman is doing everything she can to ensure both sides are very satisfied.

Unfriendly and rude. I bought a watch, but the battery died. You have to take care of it yourself if the battery dies after four months. I will never shop there again.
