In September, we booked two e-bikes using the "rent for 3 months" option. We hadn't initially realized it was a subscription model. When we tried to arrange the return date at the beginning of November, we were told by the Essen office that the Bremen station manager was unfortunately ill for an extended period and they would have to see when a replacement could come to Bremen. This delayed the return, and we thought we would have to pay for an extra month. After returning the bikes, the Dresden station manager contacted us, and we had a very friendly conversation. Everything was fine; an extra star for that!

We had a fantastic experience. The e-bike was in the workshop for a good three weeks for troubleshooting, and various parts were replaced. Everything was discussed when we picked it up. We were expecting a high bill, but it was more than reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Excellent service, keep it up!

We needed a quick appointment for a repair. It was possible here without any red tape. Even though no fault was found and they really did search for a long time, the price was fantastic! We had expected much more. Thank you again. 5 stars

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly, no good advice, promises never kept. I've rented or bought bicycles all over the world. I strongly advise against using this company! I would give them minus 5 stars in every category.

The process was straightforward, and I was always able to reach someone by phone very quickly. The staff, especially Bastian, are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He explained everything to me in detail, adjusted the bike, and was very courteous throughout. My first impression is entirely positive; the bikes seem to be of very high quality. I can wholeheartedly recommend NEARBYK!

I took my bicycle to this workshop to have the spokes replaced, and I'm very happy with the result. The team was extremely professional and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They explained the entire process to me and were very transparent about the costs. My bicycle now rides like new again! I can highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service.

Very friendly and helpful. I dropped off my bike shortly before closing time and was able to pick it up the next afternoon, even without an appointment. I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

Nice and very competent people. I dropped off my bike in the morning, and the repair was completed the same day, all without having to make an appointment. And the price was very fair. I can only recommend it.
