I wanted to treat myself to some better bouldering shoes and after my first few hours on the wall, I'm absolutely thrilled. I'd taken a break for a few years and had been temporarily using basic shoes from the big D. Even the first pair of shoes, which were offered after a quick look at my feet, were fantastic, and I would have been perfectly happy with them in many other shops. The salesperson said, however, that he had at least two more pairs that I should try on. After trying on four pairs, I couldn't decide between the first and last pair. Then, after a few holds on the wall, the friendly, slightly under-the-weather expert advised me to try the last pair half a size smaller. I wouldn't have done that on my own – but he was right. They're super stiff for my routes and can still be worn for extended periods without any pain. I'll be back! 😊

I've shopped here several times and always felt very well looked after and advised. Today I was here to buy climbing shoes, and the service was excellent. The very first pair I tried fit perfectly, although I did try a few alternatives, which weren't as good. The staff took plenty of time to advise me, which helped me find the right shoes. Thank you so much for the great service; I'll definitely be back.

Great store. The whole family appreciates the good advice and the good selection. I recently ordered a sleeping bag online. The price isn't far off from a pure online retailer—better to support high-quality retailers. :)

We bought hiking boots for a teenager here yesterday and received very friendly and thorough advice (they didn't immediately try to push the most expensive boots on us ;). As another reviewer mentioned, signature/identity was routinely checked at checkout, which I actually found to be a positive thing and certainly wasn't intended to be xenophobic. After all, the amounts of money spent in outdoor stores are quite substantial. I prefer it when they verify that it's really my card. We'll definitely be back and can recommend this store.

I am one little step more than just beginner in boulder and got there a pair of shoes. Super, got good advice and could try many pairs until finding the one. They have a little wall where one can try the shoes.

This store has everything you will need for climbing and other outside sports. The staff is very helpful and know exactly how to help you choose the right kind of shoes.
