In the middle of Bremen's city center, the battery on my i:sy was stolen, and the mount was damaged in the process. Shocking! I immediately cycled to 'Radschlag,' where a friendly mechanic assessed the damage and discussed the next steps with me. I was incredibly grateful and relieved. A week later, I was able to pick up my bike again. Many thanks to the friendly team at 'Radschlag' for their quick and professional assistance! P.S. Thanks to my comprehensive insurance, the damage was covered.

I went for a bike fitting and wasn't very satisfied. Manuel was very nice, but unfortunately, he focused too much on nutrition (which I hadn't booked) and tried to sell me on his new service, performance diagnostics. As a result, there wasn't much time or focus left for the actual fitting (despite running an hour over). After the fitting, knee pain reappeared, which hadn't been there before. I had to readjust the bike after just one day to be able to ride, and during that time, he barely explained anything to me. It's a shame; it wasn't worth the money. He did offer me a second free appointment afterward, but I no longer trust him in this area, especially after his response to my complaint in emails.

I booked the "Bike Fitting Performance" package today, and it was absolutely worth it. Manuel took his time and was very relaxed, answering all my questions and giving me additional tips about cycling. The bike fitting was very well-organized from start to finish, and you can really feel Radschlag's professionalism. Several adjustments to my bike's setup were made, and I noticed a significant improvement even on the way home. €199 isn't exactly cheap, but it's completely justified considering the scope of the service, the technology used, and Manuel's expertise. I would definitely do it again for my next bike and would recommend the package before buying a bike to ensure you get the right size and measurements from the start.

I had a bike fitting with Manuel from radschlag and I'm really very satisfied. Manuel is an experienced and dedicated bike fitter who takes his time and explains things clearly. He shows exactly how individual adjustments are connected and why it's sometimes better not to push everything to the limit. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed; you can immediately tell he knows what he's talking about. I learned a lot and the bike now feels significantly better – more relaxed, smoother, simply more harmonious. A fitting that is both technically impressive and enjoyable on a personal level. Highly recommended.

I live in Denmark, but I gladly drove to Radschlag Fahrradhandel to buy my bike - after a good email correspondence beforehand. In the store I was met by very competent employees who took the time to answer questions, and I bought the bike at a fair price. A high recommendation from here.

We recently went for a bike fitting with our two gravel bikes and can highly recommend it to everyone! Beforehand, we always felt like they weren't adjusted perfectly and that we weren't sitting properly. My neck pain is gone, and my foot doesn't fall asleep anymore. Thanks to Manuel, who took his time and is very knowledgeable. We'd love to come back!
