Ordered on January 18th, no tracking number as of January 29th. Contacted via email, no response. Order found. I live in Bremen myself, so it can take up to 11 days. The order stated 2-4 business days. There wasn't even an apology.

I ordered goods that were supposed to arrive in 2-4 days. Even after 12 days, they still haven't arrived. I received a shipping confirmation, but so far, no tracking information. All I get is information that the goods are coming from an external warehouse. If you can't manage that, you shouldn't be making any claims about shipping times! Unfortunately, I only read the other reviews today and now I know I'm not the only one. Online retailers like this should be shut down! And yes, I'm aware that this is the physical store and not the online shop. Nevertheless, the managing director must be held accountable for both.

Worst shop of 2025! My order arrived almost two weeks late, and then they delivered a product with an expired expiration date. Unfriendly customer service, no apology. First they wanted a photo of the expiration date, then I had to send back the expired protein powder???? So they could try to sell it to someone else again?? I still haven't received a replacement after five weeks. So, stay away, or at least check the expiration date.

One star is too much. The shipment apparently hasn't been sent for three weeks. No response from customer service to numerous emails. Absolutely not recommended. Filed a complaint with PayPal.

Ordered three weeks ago, still haven't received my delivery. According to them, the delivery time was 2-4 days. After two weeks, I received the first email claiming the order had been misrouted. I will never order from them again!

I cannot recommend this seller. Ordered goods are not shipped. No response whatsoever to emails or phone calls.

Very poor service. I ordered a product online from this shop. The website states that delivery takes between 2 and 4 days. It's now been 10 days and I still haven't received anything. Furthermore, no one is responding to emails. If you claim you don't have a website: Attached is a screenshot that clearly shows you do. For me, this is service = 0. I cannot recommend this shop.

Date of Visit-29-04-23 Time of visit-15-40 Uhr I recently had a very disappointing experience with Shapeyou's customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over two years now, but after my recent encounter, I am not coming back to your store again. I had a query regarding few of your products, and I was waiting patiently to speak to a sales representative. However, despite being the only customer at the time, the representative ignored me and started talking to new customers who had just arrived. It was a clear indication of their lack of consideration for their existing customers. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This kind of behavior is not acceptable in any customer service environment. As a result, I left the store without getting any assistance or making a purchase with that the representative was ok.I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and will never again returning to Shapeyou. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality customer service. It's a shame because they have great products, but their poor customer service ruins the entire shopping experience. One star is too much unfortunately there is no option for zero star. But it’s zero from my side.
