The consultation was incredibly relaxed, honest, and totally competent – no sales pressure, just genuine interest in making sure we get the perfect bike. I bought my new Tenways e-bike at Speiche. I chose the CGO800S model. I was able to test ride it beforehand, which was great. The staff in the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable, and all my questions were answered. The leasing process through my employer also went smoothly. The bike was ready for pickup after just 1.5 weeks. They adjusted the bike again and we discussed the technical aspects, maintenance, and future servicing. Thank you for the pleasant conversation and the seamless purchase.

I bought my Brompton G Line Electric from Speiche Bremen via Click & Collect and I'm absolutely delighted. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and very well organized. Despite it being Click & Collect, I received expert advice, all the details were clearly communicated beforehand, and they took the time to hand over the bike, give me instructions, and answer my questions. You can immediately tell they have a wealth of experience and a passion for high-quality bikes – especially Brompton. A friendly team, professional service, and truly excellent customer care that extends beyond the online purchase itself. I highly recommend Speiche Bremen – this is exactly how Click & Collect should be!

An extensive test ride over cobblestones, asphalt, and the like is definitely part of the process. This is a huge advantage, and as professionals, we can assess the entire package.<br><br>A smooth handover is also important to us, and we are experts in that. Disrespectful I went there to buy a tube for my bike. Then I went to the workshop, at the back, to simply ask if I could use their pump to inflate the tube I just bought. The man didn't even let me ask my question, didn't say hello either, just explained me he had other things to do and I would have to wait if I wanted to ask a question. Be sure it was the last time I went there.
