Gute Beratung, freundliches Personal, und es stimmt: Die Handschuhe waren fast zu warm für –2 °C (so wie der Verkäufer meinte). Ich lese hier Kommentare, dass die Dorfältesten des Surfshops nur mit einfachen Silben antworten; dies habe ich nicht so empfunden. Vielleicht sind die beiden es auch gewöhnt, dass es Leute gibt, die mit „Moin, moin“ grüßen. Hermanos del Mar sind manchmal anders, und obwohl ich Belgier bin, habe ich verstanden, dass „Moin, moin“ der Gruß des Schnackers ist. Ich bedanke mich herzlich und wünsche einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr. Die Probetour war geil. 🤙

I generally think it's great that shops like this still exist, especially in the city center. I often shop there myself – even if it's more expensive than online (but at least you get personal advice). However, this is precisely where I have to draw the line: the (I think) part-time staff are incredibly nice and friendly, but the (two?) owners come across as rather standoffish. Answers are often monosyllabic, and you have to actively try to engage in conversation. It's certainly not intentional, but I usually leave with an uneasy feeling. I've also heard similar "phenomenon" from people around me, which is why I'm surprised by all the five-star reviews.

I bought a wakeboard and bindings and received very friendly advice beforehand. The store definitely has the same price as the online store! Go there before buying online!

We rented snowboards for our holiday as beginners. The advice was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. After our holiday, we bought boards from the shop and are absolutely thrilled. Thanks, Kai! 100% recommendation – the advice, quality, and value for money were simply top-notch!
