Many thanks to the team for hiring us some lovely bikes while we were on holidays in Bremen! Even offered us some coffee to warm up after a rather rainy day. Great store too, large selection of bikes in a nice setting. Would come back for my next bike upgrade if Bremen were a bit closer to Austria!

Trek Bicycle in Bremen has excellent customer service. A big thanks to the new team member who welcomed us and to Kay for sharing information and suggestions. Demo riding two Diamant e-bikes introduced us to this excellent model. They are lightweight, maneuverable and worked very well on the city trails..We look forward to shopping for a Trek when we return to Alaska. Thanks again!

These guys saved the day. After cycling across Europe for two months, my bike was in pretty rough shape and needed a new wheel. Kevin worked incredibly hard to ensure that my bike would be able to finish the last leg of our trip. Not only were they able to get everything replaced, but they did it incredibly fast and we were able to continue with our trip. Kai welcomed us to the store when we picked up the bike and helped us make sure we had everything ready to go. This team went above and beyond our expectations and we feel incredibly lucky to have been welcomed to their Trek family.

The store manager, Kai, is an excellent customer oriented employee. He's super knowledgeable about the product line and communicates very well. I will certainly recommend the Bremen shop to my friends and colleagues. I bought my Trek Emonda SL7 from his shop and the entire process was very smooth. All around great experience!

Kevin helped me pick a bike that would be possibly my next purchase. They gave me coffee whilst I waited and the guys where good. I was given a test bike for 24hrs and was able to take it through very vigorous conditions and brought it back very dirty and they where happy that I was able to use the bike correctly. I felt like they dealt with my interests very professionally. Thanks again

i was treated very courteously. the trek team gave me very good professional and personal advice during the entire process. as a result, i feel very connected to the trek brand. a big praise again at this point for the team at the trekstore bremen!

I bought a checkpoint SL5. From the beginning, I am absolutely satisfied with the Trek Bremen's recommendation and service. Regarding riding experience with this new bicycle needs still couple months. The store manager make us very clear which size we should buy etc. Thanks a lot and highly recommend
