Such a poor customer service, unfriendly staff and not very helpful. Eventually just left and ordered online. Even the online shop has poor communication skills, it's been past 2 weeks since the order was placed (passed expected delivery date) and been over a week and no response to my email. Honestly would not recommend dealing with this company. Update: Bicycle arrived with incorrect accessories, please respond to your mails accordingly.

As if it was the first day of opening. Very poorly organized. We made an appointment and got tested beforehand. No one was there to welcome us and nowhere was clear how it would go down. The staff that came to the entrance was very unfriendly, didn't even check our test results an had ONE OPEN FOLDER with check-in sheets for all customers. It was data security hell and a mess overall. I've been there many times and it was okay before but we waited 10min for a 30min appointment and it wasn't fun at all. 10 employees were just standing around. Not the customers nor the employees seemed happy!

Update to my previous review below. I had two problems in the past with the maintenance, with skepticism I went a third time, just because it's right next to my work, this time the staff was really friendly and were able to repair my bike within minutes!!! so this was a totally different experience as explained below..... If you want to buy a street bicycle, this is the place to go, large variety and good deals. On the other hand, if you need maintenance on your bike, stay away as far as possible from this place, its unprofessionally and unfriendly staff 'I wouldn't say they are well trained mechanics' will probably break your bicycle even more and will for sure deliver later than promised. I have two examples. I took one of my bicycles to replace one cable and the changed completely the shifting system by one that was not the original by lower quality without informing me first and they dared to charge me three times the estimated cost for this. In my second example, I brought a rim to fix a few broken spokes, they replaced them all and charged me twice the cost of a whole new wheel itself indicating I needed all spokes new because the ones I had were not the right ones, even thought they are the original ones plus an incredible cost for labor. I made the mistake twice, will not make it a third time.

Wow! This is a stall that every cycle rider must visit in Bremen. World class - has rides for all age ranges both for male and females. What not more -there’s repair room. There’s even circuit for test ride in the shop. Customers can even ride all around in the shop. Courteous staffs- shopping made easy!!

Great and huge place to test bicycles. You can find all type of bikes and test it. test area is huge and kind customer service. I have never bought something from there, I did just some test rides. If you are fan of bike, u should visit.
