The most unfriendly phone conversation I've had with Mr. Petersen in a long time. I requested an inspection or repair on my e-bike. I bought the bike last year from B.O.C., but they currently don't have the capacity for repairs/maintenance. So I simply wanted to inquire whether "Roller Center Petersen" could handle the service. First, he started whining about how they only call when they have a problem, and then he accused me of not buying a bike in Halstenbek, as I'm from Halstenbek. He did all this in a very unfriendly and smug manner! Why didn't I buy a bike from Petersen? Quite simply: The store doesn't have what I was looking for. I quickly ended the conversation before I could become even more unfriendly. I definitely can't recommend this store; any Burger King branch can do better customer service.

I can't comment on the service regarding e-bikes. But I've been a loyal customer here with my Vespa for several years now – and I don't know of a better scooter repair shop in the area. Always friendly, always reliable, flexible, and competent. I find the prices absolutely reasonable – you can't get good quality and service at discount prices. I definitely recommend it.

I am more than satisfied with the service. I bought two e-bikes, one for my wife and one for myself. Both are custom-made. The consultation was excellent, and the delivery and manufacturing were incredibly fast. The handover was flawless, with a truly comprehensive introduction to the systems and specifications of the bikes. The shop is very neat, tidy, and professional, with a separate but open workshop area. A complimentary cold drink makes the wait more pleasant, and you can browse the considerable selection of bicycles and scooters. We feel very well taken care of here and received a friendly welcome from the start. We would gladly shop here again; highly recommended.

I bought my e-bike from Petersen over five years ago (back then it was still at Krupunder See). The bike is great, but only now, after more than five years, have I encountered a problem for the first time. I went there without an appointment and was helped right away. I then made an appointment for an inspection, and Mr. Petersen and the staff are super nice and helpful. I can recommend this shop 100 percent.

Very friendly and competent advice on buying a Vespa in a pleasant atmosphere. Prompt and quick transaction without any issues. The workshop also makes a competent and well-maintained impression. A great introduction was given upon collection. Keep it up!

Shortly before Easter, I had a serious problem with my Vespa, and Petersen was the only one able to take a quick look. Despite being fully booked, the workshop manager was very attentive and managed to get me back on the road before Easter. A true expert and a real master of his craft. Friendly and competent, it's reassuring to be a customer there. Highly recommended.

I bought my i:SY there and have it regularly serviced at Petersen's. Everyone is always ready to help if I have a problem with the bike and I drop by unexpectedly. Excellent service; usually they're available immediately or the next day, even without an appointment! Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect. Excellent service, helpful advice, and a pleasantly friendly atmosphere. They even perform inspections on my business bike, even though I didn't buy my Stevens from Petersen. But I'll definitely buy my next one there. Highly recommended.

Mr. Petersen is fortunate to have a very competent and friendly employee who gave us the feeling that we were receiving honest and expert advice without simply trying to sell us the most expensive bike. He also took his time during the handover and explained everything to us in great detail. We'll be happy to come back.

A very competent workshop. Since my bike shop couldn't manage to adjust my Enviolo gears correctly, I found the Petersen E-bike Center online. I received very friendly and courteous service there. I immediately had the impression that they knew what they were talking about. This impression was completely confirmed.
