About a year and a half ago, I bought a Muli engine there. The price, including accessories, was just under €9,000. I then had it converted from automatic to manual transmission at their workshop for €1,200. This took 120 days during the summer months, even though it was supposed to take much less time. Today, I went to the shop to order a tiny replacement part for the basket. The response: "Then you'll have to go to the workshop." I said I wouldn't do that again, as I'd had such a bad experience there. There was a back-and-forth. I was accused of being frustrated (really?!), and the salesman felt personally attacked (I mentioned the workshop). The upshot: I was asked to leave the shop. It turns out that the shop now uses a different workshop. The frustration with the "old" workshop might have led to this outcome. Both sides were apparently dissatisfied with the former workshop, but the salesman is taking it personally. ' ... I don't get it…

I had a similar experience to what other customers have described in reviews: a delivery delay lasting several months, which was not caused by Ahoi Velo. What was truly disappointing for me, however, was the communication surrounding this issue. It was unfortunately not proactive at all; I wasn't kept informed and constantly had to inquire about the status myself. Especially at the beginning, this repeatedly gave me the impression that my order had simply been forgotten. Email inquiries were often unanswered or seemed to be ignored. Sometimes I couldn't reach anyone by phone, and when I did, I was told they couldn't help me right away but would call back, which never happened, so in the end, I had to go there in person. All in all, I have to say that my experience with this store was unfortunately not good.

I picked up my new and first cargo bike today at the store in the Schanze district. Hans helped me. I'm extremely happy and very grateful that there are salespeople like Hans. I'm not your average person when it comes to weight, and my concerns were taken very seriously, and he guided me through the available models. I was able to test ride each bike extensively to see which one felt most comfortable. Thanks, Hans, you're the best! The delivery time was clearly communicated and met. The handover went smoothly.

My experience with Ahoi Velo has been nothing but positive from start to finish. Even two years after purchasing our cargo bike, we received uncomplicated and incredibly fast help (we received confirmation that the part would be replaced by the manufacturer within an hour of sending the email), even beyond the warranty period. I can recommend Ahoi Velo 200%. If I had this level of customer service everywhere, life would be easier. Thanks for the help! I'm so glad I bought from them.

We bought our muli cargo bike here. From the initial consultation and ordering to the delivery, everything went perfectly. Even afterwards, regarding care, use, and maintenance, ahoi velo and its team have been a real find. They are always available, helpful, and simply incomparable to conventional bike shops. Their philosophy seems unique and perfectly suited to our times.

We ordered a Muli bike a few weeks before our move to Taipei. Rene made it possible for the bike to arrive incredibly quickly, so we could ship it to Taiwan in a container. We were absolutely thrilled with the service, as well as the expert advice and friendly communication. The team was always easy to reach (in the store, by email, or by phone). Great service from the team at Ahoi Velo. Purchased a Muli cargo bike and am absolutely delighted with it. René and the team were great from start to finish. I was buying remotely so the communication was important and it was very fast all the time. Shipping to Ireland - not a problem:) Enquired about accessories and they didn't try to upsell me for things I didn't need. Aftersales service was on the ball. Highly recommend.

Superb service; this is the place to go if your looking for cargo bike(s)! Wide variety to choose from, one may go for test rides to discover what suit you best. The staff on deck are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, they're not pushy (to close sales), so feel free to ask and take your time there. The bikes are available for rental as well, so it's possible to go for a spin and explore the lovely area nearby. Highly recommended!
