I work at Portsmouth FC shop and I know it's not easy on a match day. This was a lovely presented shop with fast friendly service.

Great fan shop, but on a match day it is insanely full and the AC is in dire need of an upgrade. Sadly the store felt more like a sauna with merchandise in it.

I was trying to pick up tickets well in advance of a match and although the information was that I could pick them up until two hours before the match, the staff was unwilling to provide me my tickets. And they were unwilling to try to understand the situation which was clearly a poor spelling in the mail I received
