Customer support totally unresponsive. Package got lost in delivery process in Germany, clearly proven by track&trace log. Kickz just claims a successful delivery and won't reply or refund. Beware of this online (kickz.com) shop!

Great store with an excellent selection of sneakers! They always have the newest models available. Benjamin from the staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the features of each sneaker on display, helping you find the perfect pair for your needs. Every time I’ve visited, the customer service has been outstanding and truly impressive. Plus, they consistently offer sneakers at discounted prices. Highly recommended!

You can't get a tax refund for goods purchased here despite the store manager saying otherwise. While considering buying some jerseys, I specifically said I want to do tax refund at the airport. Manager ensured that it is possible and gave me some documents along with the receipt. He even signed the receipt as if it would help something... Not knowing about the procedure fully, I purchased the items and it turns out they are not part of the global blue network, they don't have the "tax free forms" (later I went back to the store asking for the form and they said they didn't have any) and the documents that the manager gave me earlier were just some brochures. Nice store and I am happy with my purchase but I feel intentionally misled.

This is the place I go if I wanna buy my Basketball shoes. It’s the third time I buy them there. Very nice support, friendly service with a lot of patience. Most importantly for me, they have a couple of most popular and latest releases the available in woman sizes.

DO NOT USE! THIS IS A SCAM! It has been 3 months since my purchase was returned and STILL no refund!! Receive very occasional replies to my emails and phone calls (never answer). Their emails are vague saying my case has been referred to their ‘accounts dept’ and promise refund ‘within a few days’ but that refund never comes. I have requested a contact for their supposed accounts dept but my emails are ignored. They’re trying to fob me off in the hope I forget and they can keep my money. If they so desperately need my £150, are they in financial difficulty? Don’t risk buying from a company that will keep your money (and is potentially going bust?)

The Hamburg Kickz Store is a must visit when looking for sneakers, jerseys (NBA, NFL, NHL), or even hats and socks as well as stylish supplies for your outfit. You'll find all established brands such as Nike, Adidas, and the Kickz own brand as well. Over three floors you will find well sorted couture. The store itself is well designed and even comes with a small indoor basketball court.

I had some problems with sneakers after a couple months. Went and bought next ones but turned out too uncomfortable for league games. Came in, and returned both with no problem. For both of them I got vouchers. Bought next ones but after two weeks shoe lance holder broken :( Today I went back again and with no problem got next voucher so I could pick next sneakers. Personel is very nice, helpful and has knowledge to advise you the best model. I have never encountered such high customer service level. I can recommend this shop to everyone.
