When I asked if I could pick up my package here (it wasn't visible from the outside, and the owner had given a wrong address), the owner said that the parcel service would only bother him at work. So why does he offer the service? The answer is obvious: so that people like me can help finance his livelihood through the shipping costs. Furthermore, he said he didn't care if the shop was hard to find and added, unprompted, that my difficulty in finding it didn't bother him at all.

Had a great experience here! My bike needed a quick fix and the team at Kitendo handled everything super fast and for a very fair price. Really friendly service and they clearly know what they’re doing. So grateful to be back on the road so quickly 🚴✨ Highly recommend!

So, if you want your bike repaired in a way that breaks it, this is the place for you. During the first inspection of my e-bike, he told me that my front shock absorber squeaked when braking and that it needed to be replaced. (The e-bike was barely a year old at the time.) This statement was complete nonsense, because I went to Cube and they confirmed that the shock absorber was fine and didn't need replacing. During another repair, Kitendo replaced my cassette and installed it crookedly, causing €600 in damage. I'm currently considering filing a complaint because what this shop is doing is pure extortion. The guy simply doesn't know what he's doing and he should shut the shop down. I absolutely do NOT recommend this shop. Grade: 6. If it were possible, I would give zero stars.

Everything went perfectly for me (inspection and recall). From communication to the appointment. A small deduction because the opening hours aren't entirely clear. The workshop is only open in the afternoon, but then it's open until 7:00 p.m.

Very unprofessional I wanted to have the brakes on my son's stroller repaired – they simply used adhesive tape (see photo) and wanted €10 for it. Poor service and unfriendly!

I gave the bike to have the derailleurs adjusted, the derailleurs weren't done, and when I said it wasn't working properly, I was told that everything needed to be replaced and it would be a lot of work, I don't recommend it, they replaced the tape, and I didn't ask for it (later, a friend adjusted the derailleurs in 15 minutes without replacing any parts).

Kitendo bicycle shop at Hoppenstedtstraße 80, 21073 Hamburg and Bakkie at Knoopstraße 5, 21073 Hamburg are both the same bicycle shops and belong to the same person. The new shop at Knoopstraße 5, 21073 Hamburg, was opened to deceive customers. They repair your bicycle terribly without informing you beforehand, at an exorbitant price, and then force you to pay. If you are told that the bicycle is in the workshop, that an employee is sick, or some other excuse, don't be naive and don't be fooled. These are lies designed to waste your time and demand more money. I do not recommend anyone take their bicycle to either of these shops.

The place looks so cool. Got my bike fixed immediately without an appointment! If you are looking for a friendly bicycle and e-bike repair shop, Kitendo it is.
