I had my first service call for the mobile bike repair service today and was extremely satisfied. I described my problem via text message and received a response shortly after. The next day, the service technician came and resolved my bike issue to my complete satisfaction. *Thumbs up*

I can't understand the negative reviews. I contacted them yesterday, received a call back today (a day later), and the repair was already completed today. I can only say excellent service, reasonable price, and highly recommended.

First of all, the whole process took far too long. Communication was nonexistent, and everything was constantly delayed. This is clearly a young, amateurish repairman who can't be relied upon. After he finally fixed the bike, something else broke the very next day. It started as just a matter of tightening the chain, and now I'm left with a bike that's completely unrideable. After I politely mentioned it to him, he assured me he would definitely get back to me in the next few days, but of course, he never did. I'm truly outraged.

This seems to be about grabbing phone numbers. I can't explain it any other way... Nobody answers the phone. If you write via WhatsApp, as requested on the website, you don't get a reply either. Stay away, even though it's a shame...
