I visited the Nike store and asked a sales assistant for help with choosing shoes. I told her my size, but I felt ignored because she didn’t assist me. She was talking to other people while I was waiting for about 20 minutes. I’m not very upset, but I think it would be better to let customers know if you’re not able to help instead of making them wait.

Decent stock for a factory store these days, I've seen worse. Looks like a lot of foot traffic. The employees seem on top of it at least when I walked through the store, got a hello every level I walk up to. Not sure how new the inventory was, I'm not up to date on it. Crazy prices I have to say for some shirts and fleece track suits and such.

I came to the store to return shoes I bought from Nike online. On Nike website there is an option to bring them back to the store. When I arrived I learned that the store is NOT an official Nike store, but a franchise. So you can’t return stuff there. I was pissed, Nike online platform is a big disappointment. However, the store staff helped me with the return. They printed return label for me, gave me sticky tape, so I could attach it to the box. The person who was helping me was Sinan. I want to personally thank him for not leaving me with my frustration regarding the Nike online platform 🙏

Bought a 120 Euro shoe, after 3 months a piece of it just broke off. Tried to contact via phone, nobody responds. Called Nike itself, they told me I need to get in touch with store. Since I do not live in Hamburg, I burnt 120 euro for nothing, sad

Staff was very polite and helpful in finding right size. Outlet may not have all the shoes which you see online but 90% they have them. Me and husband both were satisfied with staff behaviour and ofcourse our new Nike Air Force 1 are super cool and comfy!😎

Oh my god. We have been looking/waiting for Nike air force 1, size 39-40 for a year, online and searching stores in Stuttgart, Sindelfingen & Böblingen. Every time, we heard, sorry it can't be pre-ordered & this size has been sold out. Here, on a visit to friends, what do we get!!! The pair that we were looking for. Thank you Nike, Hamburg...

Just another great Nike shop, a little smaller than Nike town in London, but a nice shop anyway.
