Very friendly, appointments can be made at short notice, and the work is fast and competent. I had a pre-service inspection performed on my new bike, which I assembled myself. All work was clearly listed on the inspection sheet, explained upon pickup, and Raja gave me a few tips, such as which screws I should pay attention to in the future. He also thoroughly explained how to break in the disc brakes. Very fair price for the service. Definitely my new trusted bike mechanic.

Raja is the best bike mechanic ever. I've only ever had great experiences with Raja's bike service – for 15 years now! His expertise, reliability, and helpfulness are invaluable. Raja has also always taken the time to explain small repairs to me, which has helped me learn a lot too ;) Simply outstanding!!

Contrary to the last two reviews, I didn't find the owner arrogant or unfriendly at all; on the contrary, he was very personable and service-oriented! I particularly liked the pickup service and how quickly I was able to get an appointment. With most other companies that offer pickup services, according to their website, I only got a "sorry, it's not in my area" or "I'll have something available the week after next." So I was very relieved to get my broken-down bike (which I actually use every day) back on the road more quickly without having to lug it all the way across town myself. I thought the price was totally reasonable, and the repair was effective – unfortunately, my chain kept falling out before, but thanks to a creative fix from Raja, it's now more secure and hasn't slipped out since. I'd be happy to use them again if my bike breaks down again! :)

Unfortunately, it was a mistake, despite many people raving about it. Various parts of the bike weren't replaced, which the next repair shop did three weeks later (!). I only went to because of the slack chain (that shouldn't happen so soon after a "repair"): brakes, sprockets, chain... and, of course, I paid again. There was no response to my complaint, let alone an apology or refund. I don't have the money for that kind of experience, so I won't repeat it.

Raja is very friendly, easy to deal with, and competent. He took his time and explained everything clearly. Raja wasn't just trying to make a lot of money by replacing everything; instead, he explained his recommendations and why, leaving the decision up to me. It was also great that he picked up and delivered the bikes for a small fee. I'm really impressed!

Excellent service! I needed a new trigger and received it within a few hours, including very expert advice. A big plus: parking right outside the door (gate), where you can never find a spot otherwise. They responded quickly via text message. *****

After my old bike repair shop closed, I tried several alternatives during a long odyssey and was unfortunately never truly satisfied. Luckily, I've now discovered Raja's workshop. It may not look very inviting at first glance, located in a dark backyard. But behind it lies great service and a great guy. I usually have my bike serviced annually, but I've never felt so well-informed and received such comprehensive advice. The bike is in tip-top shape again. The price for the work was transparent and very reasonable. Raja is also super friendly, very welcoming, and seems extremely competent. I highly recommend him. I'll definitely be back.
