They didn’t want to help me with my bike repairs because my bike is “not expensive enough”. It’s a new €1400 electric bike. I’m sorry I can’t afford a better one. Such an exclusive attitude, with no respect, no empathy, they just made me feel ashamed and small.

Pierre and another colleague (didn't get his name) were very helpful, kind and friendly. They took the time to discuss my saddle issues and recommended another one. Very welcoming and smiley. Thanks for the advice and help :)

I was recently gifted a bike that had been sitting in my friend’s basement for a few years and was in rough shape. I brought the bike to Suicycle for new tires and a general repair. The employees knew exactly what was needed and were enthusiastic to help. They originally told me to come back in a month due to the large amount of bikes they were already working on, but after asking nicely, they fit my repair in for the same week. They were able to fix it in 4 days, which made me super happy. The bike rides great, and is ready just in time to enjoy Hamburg Summer:) I will return here for any future issues.

11/10, been there more than 3 times in just 2 weeks because they literally have everything. If what you're looking for isnt on the shelf, just ask! Friendly shop staffs and every single one of them speak English, I have no problem with communication at all.

We were on a bike holiday and encountered some gear hub trouble. Even though Suicycle didn’t have the part we needed, they went out of their way to help us find it. They would even have cleared the schedule to help install it, but this was not necessary, as my husband could do it himself. He was welcome to use their tools and do the work in front of their shop, just in case he needed something. Heart warming people, very cool shop. Would recommend 1000%

Real pros, and really friendly. They went out of their way to do an inspection / tune up of my bicycle while I was on tour. The work was exceptional, wheels trued, derailleurs adjusted, rotors straightened, and I even got a new cap on the end of my shift cable. The bike rides better than new. Thanks guys!!

Great experience with Suicycle. I was on my way to Norway, stopping in Hamburg briefly. I had just broke the front derailleur and needed a general checkup before embarking on the next 3000 km. I contacted 7 shops around Hamburg, all were too busy or didn’t have the parts. I was referred to Suicycle, exchanged a few emails the day before, and arrived at Suicycle at 2:30 PM. By 5 PM I biked off reassured, questions answered, and with a brand new front derailleur. Big thank you!

We visited three bike shops to see about getting a replacement back wheel for our 21 speed bike and when each bike shop mentioned they didn’t have the part they mentioned we should visit suicycle across town. We should have come after the first referall. Suicycle immediately got us the part we needed and we were in and out within ten minutes. Super kind, professional, and efficient. A real cycle tour saver :) now we can continue our cycle trip south. Thank you so much. We are so grateful!!

brilliant service, came over to do the hamburg cyclassics and snapped the derailleur hanger in transit, they hadnt got the part(there are thousands of types of hanger) but found one of their customers who was a keen cervelo user who had , and hour later i was back on the road. friendly, helpful and interested.. willing to go the extra mile(or kilometer). thanks guys, had a great ride. And thanks to their customer who made the effort to drop the hanger off
