Excellent service! They did a major repair on my mountain bike (replacing the drivetrain, bottom bracket, shifters, etc.), and everything works perfectly. Of course, the parts and labor weren't cheap, but I'm more than satisfied with the result! Many thanks to the Velowerft team!

I picked up my JobRad today after a major inspection. I'm absolutely satisfied with the customer service: easy and quick appointment scheduling, friendly service, and customer contact. The maintenance costs were quite high, but they depend on the materials and effort involved. I highly recommend the service workshop and will be bringing my e-MTB in for service there in a few months.

I'm so happy with my completely overhauled Bianchi road bike. The bike was still okay, but it was also about 20 years old and could certainly have been scrapped. But because I wanted to save it, Velowerft replaced everything that was worn out and no longer working properly. And now it rides like new. Great job! The two guys are also nice and easygoing people and run their shop very well.

The best bike repair shop in Harburg! Both bike mechanics are incredibly friendly and helpful. They don't recommend anything unnecessary and are happy to give expert advice. The quality of the repairs is top-notch, and everything is done very quickly. I know exactly where to go if there's ever a problem with my bike. Thank you so much!

I already knew them from their past (those in the know will understand). And now they've finally gone into business for themselves, and what can I say? Simply amazing. Harburg has the best duo and therefore the best workshop for me. Uncomplicated, fast, and absolutely customer-oriented. And of course, top-notch quality, just as I've come to expect from years past. Finally, I don't have to wonder where to take my bikes anymore. And it gets even better. I'm having a bike custom-built to my exact specifications. Excellent planning advice, no unnecessary pressure to buy the most expensive components, but always focused on keeping both quality and budget in mind. You can tell they're passionate about what they do, and they're absolutely fantastic. 👍

I highly recommend this bike repair shop! The speed and quality of the work are simply outstanding. My bike was repaired in record time and now runs like new again (if not better). I would especially like to mention the super-friendly owner. Sven is not only extremely competent, but also incredibly friendly and helpful.
