After having to wait for an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done quickly and reliably, and I was immediately informed by phone about any extras. My friend ordered winter tires on Thursday. He was told he could pick them up on Monday. When he went there on Monday, he was told the package was still eagerly awaited and that he should leave his phone number so they could call him back. On Tuesday evening—and I want to emphasize that the tires had already been ordered on Thursday—he went back again. There, the employee told him the shipping company had just called and said the tires weren't in stock. That's a blatant excuse, because how could the package have been "on its way" on Monday if it was suddenly discovered on Tuesday that it wasn't available? The employee clearly lied and made my friend drive back and forth three times for nothing. That's simply outrageous and absolutely unacceptable—we're only giving them one star.

I'm extremely satisfied! I've been here once to buy a spare part and once for a bike service. I've always received excellent advice, and the prices are very reasonable. Everything's great! 👍

I don't understand the positive reviews at all. Agreements aren't kept, and you wait in vain for callbacks. There's no estimate, no invoice, or anything else. If it hadn't been for the young employee (very nice and helpful) who stepped in, my mother-in-law's bikes would still be sitting in the back corner of the shop. The repair was promised promptly, within three or four business days. That turned out to be seven, but only because they personally inquired on-site. Conclusion: never again and not recommended.

Honestly, I don't understand how anyone could give this workshop less than 5 stars. The prices are fair, you can just drop your bike in without an appointment, and it's ready in just a few days. That's more than many other workshops offer. Plus, it's also a shop where you can buy things if needed, but I've never been pressured to buy anything. The staff there are always respectful and friendly.

Service was incredibly slow. Despite having an appointment, the job wasn't completed. You're neither informed nor does anyone answer the phone when you call. Picked up the bike just before closing time and was extremely disappointed. They spent two hours tinkering with the bike but couldn't fix it. Two days later, during a bike ride, the left pedal broke off. It had ground out of the crank arm. I had it towed to their regular workshop. They found the headlight to be no problem. The cause of the pedal breaking off... they said the pedals had been screwed on too tightly and overtightened. Unfortunately, this couldn't be proven, but I'll never, ever go back there. They're more likely to damage the bike than anything else.

Your public criticism compels us to clarify the situation: We informed you from the outset that installing your desired headlight would require some effort and modifications. Our colleagues attempted to resolve the issue simply, as requested, and discontinued the repair to avoid excessive work and waiting time. You were not charged, even though we spent time working on your bicycle. As a specialist workshop, we generally provide a warranty on our work. We consider a connection between the pedal breakage you described and an alleged instance of overtightening and over-tightening a pedal at our facility to be technically highly unlikely.
