Very poor service. I was treated rudely and condescendingly, and was told I'd have to wait forever for a service appointment for my bike. While buying a bike there might be okay, the customer service afterwards is terrible. They prioritize quantity over quality. When buying a bike, you should do your research beforehand; sometimes they have bikes in the shop that are sold at high prices even though a successor model is available for the same price. We're now going to a different dealer.

Even back in the days of Motorrad Timm, I was a regular customer there. Whether it was for BMW or Yamaha back then, or now for an e-bike, I always received excellent advice. Back then, it was all done over coffee and some good old-fashioned motorcycle talk. I'd especially like to commend Mr. Mancini. He was very competent and customer-oriented, patiently explaining the advantages and disadvantages of different drivetrains to me. Whether it was a chain, Enviolo, Rohloff, or various others. I never got the feeling that sales and revenue were his top priority. Since I hadn't quite decided yet, test rides with the various systems were very helpful and went smoothly. In the end, I went with a Riese & Müller Charger 5 Mixte with a Rohloff hub gear.

I went to Fahrrad Timm yesterday to buy a new bike. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The advice they gave was excellent. I can highly recommend Fahrrad Timm to anyone who needs a bike.

I visited you today with my gravel bike, which is equipped with a Shimano Di2 drivetrain. I didn't have an appointment. The bike had a problem with the gears. We're currently vacationing in Stove and want to explore the surrounding area over the next two weeks. Thanks to your truly incredible service, we'll now be able to implement our plans without any problems. The helpfulness, the friendliness of the staff, and ultimately the result were simply fantastic. I haven't had such an experience in a very long time, and I was overwhelmed. Thanks again to the team.

Last year, I used the Bike Park's workshop services and was very satisfied. It wasn't possible to schedule an appointment in advance, so I went there in person. This morning, I tried again to schedule an appointment. I left a message on the answering machine. I called five times in total, but each time I only got an answering machine. At some point, I called sales and asked for a callback from the workshop. Again, there was no callback. This should definitely be organized differently. If you offer a callback service, you should actually call back. I'm really annoyed. Luckily, another service provider was able to take my call, and I was able to bring the bike right away. The repair cost €550.00.

Absolutely terrible service Rear wheel broken despite warranty, no free replacement. The gears were so rusty, they sold us an old, rusty one. After the service, the rear wheel had no tread, and the report said everything was OK. We were within our service interval, and the warranty hadn't expired yet. They should be ashamed of themselves. Like used car dealers who roll back the odometer.

We are bikepacking and we had issues with some spokes in our wheel. They made time to help us and we weer really friendly. They also sell really good products as we recognized some of our own bikes on which we already biked so many kilometers.
