I ordered an item and wanted to return it. MK-Bikeshop never picked up the package. I received it back in the mail. What a hassle! My emails are simply ignored. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never order from them again. I'm now stuck with a €140 upper body protector. I also had to pay customs fees and return shipping. Not recommended. Best regards from Switzerland

I had written to them that a return from Switzerland would be unnecessarily expensive and that they should resell the goods to athletes in their region.

I've been a regular customer at MK Bike Shop since my son started BMX a few years ago. Prompt delivery of parts and bikes is standard practice at M.K. Bike Shop. Inquiries are answered promptly, and the advice is truly top-notch. The owner has been active in BMX for decades and is experienced and passionate about his work. Complaints have never been a problem.

This online shop is really great !!! After I placed my order and paid, I searched for reviews on the internet about this store. What I came across there from negative reactions really made me doubt about this store so that I also sent the owner several angry emails. This is partly because I had already paid and would have been cheated according to this review. But everything turned out to be the opposite and certainly not true !! I had paid for my order on Thursday by bank transfer from Belgium and received my package (Haro blackout pro xl bmx) the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Everything neatly packaged and received brand new and complete .... Immediately I apologized by mail for the previous emails because I have never seen this SUPER SERVICE anywhere before. Certainly because the order had to come from Germany and was only nicely delivered in 3-4 days ... Many thanks again to MK-bikeshop for my product and great service !!! I will definitely order again and order the new bmx for my daughter in June !!! Greetings Marc.

Mat is a BMX icon, just like his bike shop. We've known each other since 1995, and every word is true. A man of his word! Even after a long break and my children's recent start, I've remained loyal to him. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

A very well-stocked shop with reliable delivery. The prices are excellent. I've never had any problems or inexplicable delays. It's great that alternatives are offered when an item is unavailable, including descriptions of them. And if you need something urgently, everything is taken care of, as was the case at the World Championships in Zolder, where a replacement frame was even sent via express delivery. No mails are answered after buying, if returns are necessary. You don’t get anyone on the phone. I guess, that I have to live with the loss. Never again!
