An impossible shop, and unfortunately a GLS pickup point. Hopefully, my packages won't be delivered there in the future.

I can only agree with the previous comments: Unfortunately, this is also a GLS parcel shop – and with very limited opening hours. According to their website, it's only open for about three hours a day, and these times don't match GLS's information. I've already taken several days off work to pick up my parcel, only to find the door locked – with a handwritten "closed" sign. When I call to inquire, I'm not treated kindly, but instead receive curt and arrogant questions like, "How often has this happened?" – as if the burden of proof were on me as the customer. For me, it's happened more than just twice this year, and from now on, I'll be documenting it. Even if it had "only" been twice – it costs time, nerves, and, in the worst case, vacation days. In the age of smartphones, it would be easy to simply update short-notice closures in my Google profile. Then there wouldn't be any arguments. Instead, I get yelled at on the phone. That's no way to treat customers. One star is actually too much here.

The opening time is wrong... it's 10:30 and I'm standing in front of locked doors... Ringing the bell doesn't help either... How am I supposed to get my package?... 0% reliability, this is really annoying when you drive all the way here 😖

The owner was rude and insulting. The opening hours don't match those listed online. Customers are told to keep quiet and are practically thrown out of the store if they complain about the 3-hour opening time. Who's supposed to pick up their package between 10 am and 1 pm on a weekday?

Deserves negative stars! Not there during the stated opening hours, just leaves a note saying he'll be there in 10 minutes, but then shows up in 50 minutes 🤨 I've filed a complaint with GLS. This isn't supposed to be a GLS parcel shop. Unbelievable 👎🏽

Unfortunately, they're very unreliable. Even during the advertised opening hours, the store is repeatedly closed, and no one answers the phone or the doorbell. After three attempts, I was finally able to pick up my package. Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.

Super friendly owner! We arrived after closing time because the online shop had two different opening hours listed, but they were kind enough to let us pick up our packages. I was very satisfied. :)

The owner is the worst person! I've never experienced such rudeness. It's unbelievable that such a place can stay in business. Never again!

This owner is so unfriendly and lazy! He also runs a GLS shop. Apparently, he's overwhelmed or simply doesn't feel like it. They're even stealing packages.
