I spoke with Mr. Speer on the phone – a very friendly man. He immediately explained everything clearly and addressed my problem in a very straightforward manner. Unlike other bicycle dealers and repair shops, who unfortunately didn't address my concerns, Mr. Speer recognized the problem right away and found a suitable solution. He responded the same day and came by in person.

Fantastic wheels, thank you so much! The welcome was very friendly, and we immediately struck up a conversation about this and that in the world of cycling. We had a brief discussion about what needed to be done, and just a few days later the wheels were finished. Good wheel builders are rare, but this is one of them!!!

This is now the second set of reading glasses I've had from Sören. Since I'm still happy with the first one after all these years, I had him build the new one for me as well. He gave me excellent advice and, despite delivery problems, finished it before the agreed date. I'm very satisfied with the work!

Mr. Speer is the best wheel builder I know. He's very friendly, accommodating, and always keeps you informed. The wheels are built with great care. I will only buy my wheels from Speer.
